90 degrees today

It is suppose to be in the low 90's here in southern MN for the next couple of days, so I'm thinking that a good Cathe cardio workout will be the ticket instead of fighting the heat and humidity outside with a run.

What do you think???

:) Marcia

Oh yeah, for sure! We are having the same kind of weather you are, and there is not way I'd be running outside in this heat. Crank up your central A/C and pop in a good Cathe DVD! :)

Marcia...it'll be about 91 here...but not nearly as humid as you will be...http://bestsmileys.com/sun/3.gif[/img]..Might be better for you to stay indoors for a Cathe cardio. I will try and get in my run early....:)...Carole

Here In denver we too have been having 90 plus temps. I am getting fed up with the haeat. Never happy though summer too hot then winter too cold. I need fall and spring and forget the rest! :)

I am definitely staying in with Cathe. Here is MA it is also in the high 80's and wicked humid and will be until Friday. Yuck!

I can't run in the heat/humidity, so I do a lot more indoor cardio in the summer. I have a spinning bike in the basement and use that a lot. I miss running, but it's too miserable outside! Plus, we live in a wooded area with lots of bugs and I get sick of wiping bugs off my face and pulling them out of my hair and mouth!

I ran on the weekend and again yesterday morning, both times at around 6:30. It was gross. I was a big sodden mess when I was done and I was having a hard time breathing. So it's an inside workout all the way for me tonight! Trying to decide between Step Blast and KPC.:)

It is nasty here in Illinois today!! I think with the humidity, etc it is already around 95 out there and it is not ever noon yet. x(

The boys are tired of it being so hot and want to get out and play and ride their bikes. So does Mommy (want the boys outside)! :7

Hi, Sabrina, here is another from Illinois. I used to complain that summer seems never came this year. Well, now we are blanket with this heat for so many days. Sitting inside my a/c office in loop, I am thinking about my poor newly planted rose garden. I hope they can make it.

Hi WantFit

I know what you mean. I keep having to water my flowers and plants and the garden especially. The poor thing. I hope we get some rain soon. Just not the 4th! Haha! I hope your roses make it. I hope it will cool off soon.
