Caught this lady on Colbert the other night & was awed & amazed at her athleticism. Something we can all strive for............I'm no gymnast, but I hope I can still do what I'm doing now in 40 years!

Wow! Simply amazing: I'm 31 and can't hold my upper body weight like she can! Inspiring and humbling at the same time. Age ain't nothing but a number.
