Good morning .Last day of the first week.I know it is the rest day.I have to do my 30 minutes of cardio but my legs are fried after increasing the weight of the dumbblles I used in PLB standing legs.I ate lot of salad rice yesterday and today I have to sweat.Maybe IMAX extreme.Have a great Sunday.I hope SNM post more pictures today.

Today is my rest day but I'm going to try a Yogilates workout I just bought, just for the fun & relaxation. I don't plan to push hard, as I'm just learning it.

Yesterday I found a Rebounder in my basement! Forgot it was even there. DH bought it from somebody & brought it home many years ago. After a thorough cleaning & careful testing the verdict is - good as new (almost). I do need a new spring cover. I'm so stoked! Now I need to start looking for a Rebounder workout.

I hope to keep my eating clean today after blowing it yesterday.x(

Hi Ruth here I am again.Now is midday in my country and I have finished the cardio I decided to do.I have done the cardio of 10,10,10 and power circuit of the ctx dvd. I have taken an aspirin because my legs are killing me.It is estrange because I did the pyramids standing legs on friday and two days ago my legs stay crying. Anyway tomorrow we will only have to work the upper body }( .I hope you will enjoy your yogilates workout. I rode in one of the message that the leviting mive of cathe in the first pic of core max was a yoga movement.Maybe you can start the rehersals to do it. :D .I hope you will enjoy your rebounder and everybody will have a great sunday.

Good Morning! My favourite day of the week:)

Hey Ruth, I blew it yesterday too. I'll be happier once the kids get rid of the hallowe'en candy, it's so tempting and my will is pretty weak some daysx( So far so good today!

I did about 40 minutes IMAX Xtreme cardio then did all of BootCamp. Sandra inspired me to do it earlier in the week. After reading her post I realised it's been months since I've done BC in it's entirety. What a challenging and fun workout.

I'm spending a little too much time these days drooling over the new workouts, can't wait!:)

LMAO! Laurie! I did NOT do BootCamp AND IMAX Xtreme in the same workout! You are insane! (in a good way). I agree, though, it's a fun workout.

This morning I did 50 minutes of yoga, taking pauses in between poses to dress Barbie dolls. My 4 year old daughter was very helpful this morning. She got downstairs ahead of me and when I came down she had a big smile on her face. "Look what I did, Mommy." I said, "What? Did you move the chair in the living room?" "Yes," she said,"So you can do your exercises." How sweet!

I took my dog for a walk and decided to try and get her to run with me. She's an 8 month old labrador. Well she'd run a bit then want to jump and play.... I think I did something to my foot cuz it is in a lot of pain since we went! I'm hoping it'll get better if not I may have to see my doctor. Otherwise I just plan to do some Pilates. My foot has been bothering me off and on for a bit. Probably too much Stepping,Kickboxing and all the other things I love to do!

Hi everyone,

Today was KPC/LG 60min premix plus ME upper body split premix and abs. I'm soo done}( :7 !!

Susan, just wondering what part of your foot is hurting.....for the past 2 weeks I've been having some foot pain of my own...it's only my left foot and the pain runs along the entire length of my arch but it isn't constant, usually during or after I workout. I am thinking of buying inserts for my sneakers and see if that helps. I'm aggravated because I have no time for this, I'm getting ready for Hardcore, LOL:+ !!
Anyway, hope your foot feels better soon!
