TGIF...Weekends aren't long enough
Hope everyone has a great clean eating day.
I have my day pretty much mapped out with my trusty "You on a Diet" menus. I'm making yummy ginger chicken with rice pilaf for dinner.
Dinner is always the hardest meal for me, so if I can get a plan and stick to it, even it's just for dinners, that's a big big step in the right direction for me
