I love the new workouts and I love the premixes -- I don't think I can say enough good things about your work. Truly. I almost do your workouts exclusively nowadays...
Would like to suggest a series of intense workouts that are around 60 minues or slightly under. I so rarely have enough time to do a full 70 minute or more workout -- but I can almost always squeeze in 60 or a little less minutes. Your Intensity series (one of the best workouts series' in the country) is about 60 minutes each workout -- and I find myself reaching for them over and over and over.
One more suggestion, also. There are (don't know how to spell it) kagal (pronounced kay-gul -- hard "g" like gull) exercises. I'm in my fifties, and I find these exercises to be of great value -- my husband likes me to do them too.
Anyway, again, I am in complete admiration of your workouts. :7
