60 Day No Sweets, No Fast Food- Mon April 16

Hi All,

I thought I would start today's check-in.. I am on day 4 and counting. I find that the old eating every 3 hours with protein and a good carb really works. I have not even thought about sugar which is my downfall. Today I did the I-Train 40 min treadmill workout.

Let's all have a "sugar free" day!
