Hi I am Sabina. I am 31 year old. I have a 3 and 1/2 years old daughter. I am 5’2’’ and weight 132 lbs. I have gained the 10 lbs last year and trying to lose it on and off. I just can’t seem to hang on to it. So I am planning to count my calories for 1200 a day (20 WW point) for now on. Exercise according to Bob Greene’s boot camp plan. I have a vacation to go in 6 weeks. I want to lose at least 5 lbs by then.
I am going to plan as intermediate.
Cardio

1x 1 hr(low Max)
1x KickMax
bike/run(30-40 min) 3x/week
MuscleMax 2x/week
HSTA2 1x/week
I will be really interested to have some buddies to hang on to. I have failed so many times before. I want to try one more time and this time I want it to happen.
