6 Monthers - Wednesday, July 8

Good Morning again!

I did LIC as I decided to finish out the week with circuits until I decide what I'm doing. I like to start new rotations on Sundays. It felt great to workout after not working out for an entire week! I had originally talked about doing the June rotation but I'm considering going back and doing Meso 2!

I still haven't gone back and read the posts I missed so I'll go do that now.

Welcome measuredoak! Where are you in the STS rotation?

Cendrine, hope you're having a great time! Hello Kim and Rachel! Okay, I'll be back with "catch up" comments!

Happy Birthday Jo!!

Jo-I hope you had a great day and a great vacation. We have been on skeleton crew for the past week because of all the vacations.

I didn't get a chance to check in yesterday. These next 2 weeks are going to be hard. I started school on monday. It is 3 hours everyday plus all the work I haved to do at home. I'll do the best I can.

Cendrine -your trip sounds like alot of fun. Someday I would like to get out to the west coast. I hear San Diego is beautiful.

.

I did chest and back yesterday with Insanity cardio and today I did HIIT on the elliptical and then did and easy run for 30 minutes.

I will try to check back in later.

Thank you for the birthday wishes!

Kim and Cendrine! Triplets and twins???? Wow! That is so interesting!

I'm up for doing the June rotation in August with everyone! I am taking another week of vacation during August, but I'll do it along as best I can!

Gayle...so you're considering doing Meso 2 as well? (Great minds think alike!) I remember now that you were going to NC. Hope you're having a great time!

Cendrine and Rachel, so you're winding down on the last week of M3? I'm so happy for you! Looks like we haven't heard from Mary, I wonder if she was still going to do double weeks. I will tell you I enjoyed not working out for a week! :p So take those recovery weeks!

Cendrine, ouch on the one legged squats! Threw your body off? Oh my gosh! Well, I'm good with throwing that exercise OUT!

Julie, what's going on with you? Did you start Meso 3 or finish Meso 2? I hope all is progressing on the home front.

Hi Chrissy! Hope your class is okay for you! That is a lot of hours to cram in! But, it's fast track right? Good luck and checkin when you can!

Kim, oh my gosh! What adventures you and family are having! These are very interesting obstacles that keep popping up on your weekends! And, the Jonas Brothers? I admire you alot for what you're doing with the kids! :D

Rachel, you sound so busy! At least you're still cooking and getting your workouts in! How's the heat? I came home to 65 degree weather...how does that sounds to you?

Hi Jo,
I'm on Meso 3 week 2 the second time around. This a.m. I did plyo legs. I've been alternating the squat rack & the plyo. I've been keeping up with the posts but sort of just lurking. This week I've really had to push myself to finish the 6 mo rotation. I'm ready to be done. Anyone else feel this way? The end so close but then not.

Not much to post today. Rest day for me and enjoying getting caught up on other stuff. Will start week 4 Meso 3 tomorrow, the plan is to do pylo. I'm going to mix up the week a bit to adjust a couple of runs with some friends. I've been away the last few weekends so missed our chats/runs to want to go this weekend.:D:D

Hi Guys,

I started off my day with Cardio Coach 5 on a bike in the fitness room. I'm so glad that I did my weight workouts ahead or time, because the fitnessroom has not one single weight in it! 3 bikes and a stair stepper, that's it...

Then we went to Sea World all day. The kids were amazing, they had not had their naps yesterday and went to bed way later than normal because of the new sleeping arrangements and all, but they trucked right along having a good attitude for most of the time... When we went to go to the sea lion show, we saw the sea lion escaped on the path, not cooperating to go back where the staff wanted him... LOL! so the show was cancelled.... Not a big deal, San Diego Zoo is on the plan for tomorrow and they have a sea lion show as well, so we'll just catch that one...

Well, the kids are tucked in now and so I have time to check in with all you guys. Glad to see there are more posters today, it's been a little slow on this thread which means you all are having a great time!

Chrissy, it always takes me a while to get into a new routine, and a daily 3 hour class sounds like it might take some mayor adjusting! I hope you get into a flow soon, so it won't feel quite as draining!

Jo, it will be fun to have you join us for the june rotation in August! In the meantime, are you going to do meso 2 like you mentioned you might? I didd'nt skip the one legged squat thrust jumps, just made them two legged ones for the second time around, and i did much better that way! I am going to do plyo week 4 one more time instead of squat rack legs week 4 on Saturday and then it's recovery week and a 5.5 month rotation complete! It was a great journey, one that I am looking forward to doing again!

hi Measuredoak, sounds like you are almost done as well! I can relate to feeling like wanting to be done. I enjoyed doing this last week, because I knew it was my last one. I ended up only doing the meso 3 one month instead of two because of the repetitiveness of it, and so I ended up being done super fast, after having done every other workout twice before moving on. Do you have any plans yet for after sts?

Kim, I'm glad you have a down day to take it easy today, enjoy it! Somehow I thought this week was your last meso 3 week, but it seems like you are doing one more week? I can't remember if you decided on doing meso 3 twice or once?

Rachel, Mary, Gayle, Julie, I hope you are all having a great time and keeping cool....

Hi again! Last post for tonight!

I decided today that I'm definitely going to do Meso 2 again starting Sunday but just one month or until you guys are ready to do the June rotation.

Measuredoak, I finished the 6 month a couple of weeks ago except I only did one month of Meso 3 making it a 5 1/2 month rotation. Part of the reason for this was because of a very busy summer and a vacation I had coming up (which I just returned from). For Meso 3, several of us here incorporated both plyo legs (using as a cardio workout) and squat legs which I really liked doing! Glad to have you join us!

Cendrine, glad you are having a good time in SD! I have not been to Sea World in ages! The zoo should be a good time for the kids!

Kim, hope you enjoyed your rest day!

Tomorrow I think I'll be doing a CC (probably V7).

Have a great day tomorrow everyone!
