Hi everybody! I just woke up! LOL 8am? I could get used to this! Today, I THINK, is a rest day. If I feel like doing something later, than I will, if not, it's a scheduled rest anyway, so we'll see.

I'll be starting on my bathroom as soon as I get us all breakfast. Shouldn't take me too long. It's small.

My pedi yesterday was pure HEAVEN! This was the first time we'd been to this particular place and LOVED every single second of it! We will definitely go back there again, and I got the name of the gentleman who did my toes, so I can ask specifically for HIM next time!

OK, BBL after I get some work done on my bathroom!

I'm glad you got to sleep in! I was going to as well, but ds firealarm acted up at 5 am, so that was the end of that....

I can't ever enjoy pedis, because I am way too ticklish for someone else to do anything with my feet....:eek: so I always do my own...

I made a yummy veggie minestrone, it's simmering now and it will be ready for us when we get back from church, that way we have something healthy and by the time we get back it will aslso have cooled enough for us to enjoy in the summer temps.

Scheduled rest for me here too. Not sure what we'll do in the afternoon, but right now I gotta go trim ds hair, he has quite a mop and it gets hot for him.... So I wanted to get that out of the way before leaving today.

Rest for me today too.
Just a quick post right now to check in with everyone. I am about to go order my dvds I need for the June rotation. Just 3 so that is no too bad. I can not wait to have them anyway. I have done all of them in a shortened version off of fit tv but am looking forward to having them in there original state.

I have a new version of salsa chicken going and a pork loin stewish thing in the other crockpot so I will be set for 2 weeks for my freezer meals and all week for my lunch. Thanks Gayle for a recipe that is so versatile.

Hi everyone.

I did chest and back meso 3. Bench presses just about kill me. On the 3rd and 4th sets I attempt that 8th rep and I just can't get it racked. I end up sliding the weights off the bar ( a trick I learned from Gayle). 5 out of the 8 sets of bench presses (flat/incline) I had to slide off my weights. Ugh-I get so frustrated.

We took the kids to the movies today. We saw G-force- the guinea pig movie. It was cute. The kids enjoyed it. Then we went out to dinner and I got a large salad. It was so good.

My son is bugging me to get him ice cream.
