CLEAN EATERS UNITE!!!!

Hi Cendrine!!! Glad you got to post! It was in the 70's today in Seattle but we're back to liquid sunshine tomorrow! Your menu looks great! We had one meal the same...

M1 - 2 poached eggs, 1/3 cup oatmeal w/blueberries, 6 raw almonds
M2 - salmon patty w/sweet potatoe
M3 - salad w/grilled chicken and walnuts
M4 - protein drink w/banana
M5 - tilapia w/green beans 1/2 granny smith

Hope you all have a great day tomorrow! I have to go wash my face and get ready for TBL!

Okay so I went to go get a bikini tonight! My legs and but look horrific! If this doesn't get me motivated nothing will. I have not been eating nearly enough so I got the idea to post my meals like some of you have and I might feel more like eating. So here goes:

M1 1/3 C oj
2T Acai Berry Blend
1T Udo's Choice Oil
1C Oatmeal
1/2 Banana
1C mixed berries
Protein power

M2 Egg Whites
Spinanch
Tomatoe
1 slice whole grain toast

M3 Salad greens
Tuna
Brown Basmati Rice

M4 Salmon
Green Beans
Butternut Squash

M5 Salad Greens
Grilled Chicken
Toasted Almonds


I will total up my calories for the day and compare to my plan. I am aiming for 1600 calories.

Does anyone know what grade squash gets on BFFM?

O I tried the step today.... I got th basic step only on the right side.
