Good morning everybody! How was your weekend???

I didn't get online at all yesterday. Saturday was a late night out with SO, and then yesterday we slept super late, ran a few errands and stuff before we picked up our kids. Then we went to a basketball game and dinner with his parents. Before I knew it, I missed my workout (which was supposed to be disc 10) and it was bedtime. Then this morning I realized TOO LATE that I hadn't changed my bedroom clock! lol So I overslept and missed my early workout. BUT.....when I get the kids on the bus in 15 minutes, I'll get it in then.

I'll check back after that.

Sounds like you had a great weekend. I'm exhausted just listening to your schedule. I started Disc 4 today, and all I can say is that it kicked my butt!!!! My arms are still quivering from all those pushups and the bow and arrow with the band. WOW!!! I did all the pushups on my toes except the last set of 21's. It didn't look pretty, but my form is slowly improving, and I guess that's a good thing. Besides Crazy 8's with the bar, pushups are my least fave exercise.

Hope everybody is doing well today. I'm ordering some of the Cardio Coach workouts today on my lunch hour. Can't wait to try a new cardio workout!!

It rained all day Saturday and Sunday, and then I woke up to snow this morning. Who is hogging all the SUN??????

Well, it's time for me to get my work day started. Have a wonderful day, and can't wait to hear the reviews for todays workouts!!!

Good morning! Today is week 2 for the second time. I did disc 4 and for the first time I did the Stability Ball Abs. Wow!! I kept rolling off the ball! I stuck with it though. I kept telling myself 6 months from now I won't be rolling off the ball anymore! Sounds good anyway. I have a new 6 month goal, the pike on the ball. Does anyone know what I can do to work up to this? I have a shoulder injury so I don't have much shoulder stability to do this move.
 
Hi again. VERY SORRY to just hit and run again, but I have to head out to the school for work. You know, to earn a bit of a paycheck! LOL :p

Disc 10 is DONE! My biceps are swollen/pumped! lol In a good way. And yeah, I ABHOR anything 21's......front press 21's, biceps barbell curl 21's, push up 21's. ABHOR THEM! lol

(we aren't allowed to use the H_T_ word in my house, so the kids have chosen the word ABHOR! :) )

Hi Everyone...quick note while I eat lunch. I bought Cardio Coach last night and got them downloaded. I did one this morning on my spin bike instead of doing Imax. I LOVED IT! Now I know why everyone loves these so much...I didn't want it to end! I loved the music, his voice, everything! It was very easy to adapt to spinning!

Okay, I know I posted yesterday but I don't see the post anymore:confused::confused: Anyways did a 2 hr crosscountry ski with ds and my mom yesterday and also post an apology to Jo for my very poor grammar in my CC post on Sat.;) Was supposed to do Disc 8 today but feeling yucky, lots of colds going around my workplace so hopefully not coming down anything. Resting and going to bed early and will try Disc 8 tomorrow.

Maggie Good luck with those pushups tomorrow! I didn't do too bad with them, couldn't do the full 30 normal ones or the Elmo ones but managed all the others. Thought I would have DOMS from them but nope!

Soon2bFit I haven't done the stabilty ball abs yets but I can never finish the ones from PUB, I'm sure shoulder stabilty would be a big factor.

Mary We don't have the sun up here! Storm warning for tomorrow. Supposed to -42C in the morning. WTG on the pushups, are they starting to feel easier??

Hi Everyone!

I did disk 7 today. I decided that I was at least going to start on my toes every time the pushups hit me even if I had to end on my knees for the end. I did ok for the first half, but it gets really tiring after that! I can already feel my chest sore and I don't usually get sore there....

Did I mention how much I like STS lately? :)

Any of you who have mentioned Cardio Coach before, do you mind explaining this to me? I haven't heard of this before!

Imax 2 for cardio for tomorrow for me!

Cendrine, I just learned about cardio coach the other day; went to the site and BOUGHT! They are downloadable workouts to play on your mp3 player or iPod. Since my ankle is messed up, I've been using my spinning bike with my Spinervals. So I thought this was a great opportunity to test one out (they are all on sale for $4.95 each). Here's the website: www.cardiocoach.com Go check it out. The workouts have challenges so they are like intervals. I was supposed to do Imax today so this worked out perfect! The music is awesome and he coaches you along as the tempo changes (there's more music than talking). They are geared for using on cardio equipment or walking or running.

Oh Cendrine, I also meant to say - I did Disc 7 yesterday and did the same as you...try to start on my toes but end on my knees! :D I did do better yesterday than I did last week. And, I am doing more than I've been able to do previously AND I'm very sore in the chest today! Tomorrow is Disc 8!
