Hi Everyone,

I'm having fun starting us up here...LOL!

Disk 7 done. I had to back off on some of the shoulder exercises... boy, I was fatigued! Pushups, I probably did about half on my toes and the rest on my knees, didn't feel like pushing myself...

Rachel, I'm sorry you felt so bad after the plyo workout! I think there have been a couple of times in my workout career where I have felt that way. I think the reason for it is if you stay in the anaerobic phase too long, it can do that to you, at least that's what I think. Like if you are in your 95%heartrate zone for more than short spurts at a time, this can happen. So I guess if you want to prevent that from happening again in the future, take longer rests inbetween or wear a heartrate monitor to see what zone you are in for most of the time.
I actually had a good experience doing disk 35 yesterday. I went heavier on several exercises but did stop one rep short for each of the half turn jumps, I hate these!!!

Kim, I hope you and your kids fall into an easy routine now that you are back from vacation. Getting everything ready for the day can seem like so much work when it's not a routine!

I can't believe I'm starting our homeschool adventure in two weeks! It will take me a bit to get into a routine with that with the kids too, I think. Hopefully it won't take long and hopefully they will enjoy it!

I guess it is just you and I today.That is OK though because we will just keep it goin huh!:D

I am not sure but my dh has me convinced that I am eating too much health food...Let me explain.I have not been feeling right here lately. I have not had much of an appetite<---And trust me when I say that that is not normal for me! I have been eating anyway at my normal times but now I am finding it hard to even make my lunch. I just do not think anything sounds good and I feel an overwhelming full feeling most of the time except for brief instances of hunger pains. But they don't last. Normally I am an eater. I always am hungry. I am normally always craving something. I know I have talked about this before and dismissed it as just being that I am eating clean and it was stopping my cravings but now I am totally losing the want to eat. Nothing even sounds good. And Cendrine, you know how I feel about cooking and I have been even making an unclean Sunday dinner and would normally (for me) indulge but I get full really fast and just do not want it anymore.
OK so Dh thinks that I am eating too much health food and I am thinking maybe not too much health food but maybe too much fiberous health food! I am one of those that might be a little too into getting all my fiber in and since I do not really track exact grams or anything, Do you think that I might be overdoing that or something else?
This would be a blessing any other time because I always thought it would be great to just not want to eat, like those super skinny girls but I don't think I like it!

Sorry Cendrine that this was so ling but it has been on my mind and I don't like to complain about something like this but its got me puzzled:confused:

Cendrine-I can not believe I forgot to comment on disk 7. I added weight for this one and felt really good through out the whole thing. I did pretty good on the pushups. The first half I did on my toes and then the rest I treid to start on my toes and then ended up on my knees but I did push through all of the reps which I was really proud of. I looked proud too because my chest was bursting!
These are some really good workouts and i am so glad I will have them forever!

Good luck tomorrow on steady state run. I have not picked what I will do yet but it will probably be a step routine that is not coming up in the rotation for a while at least!

Sorry to hear that your appetite is so nonexistent... You want some of mine? Mine has been getting in my face big time lately... But seriously, if this is getting to be a thing that is causing you to loose more weight than you want to (and by looking at your picture, you don't need to loose any to begin with) then I would probably have a general checkup to start with, complete bloowork and all that and see if there is something there the matter. It's possible that you have a hormone issue, although it sounds like your energy level is ok, so I don't know. I don't think this is because you are eating too much fiber. I also don't think it's because you are eating too clean, how are you feeling as a whole aside from not feeling like eating? How are your emotions, have you noticed a change there over the last few weeks? Answers to those questions could all help give you or your doctor clues as to what might need some attention.
It could also be because you have had such a tough season at work, maybe your body is just exhausted? I don't know. I'm obviouly not an expert, just throwing some thoughts your way...
It must be frustrating, to enjoy cooking so much and then not feeling like eating the fun concotions you come up with! I hope you get to the bottom of this soon!

Kim, if you are checking in today. I had some questions about CLX. How does it compare to STS? It sounds lilke it is a 3 month program as well, to me it sounds rather similar to STS, except they don't give very many details and there are a lot less dvds, so I'm assuming you are working out to the same dvds for a month at a time? How are the cardio dvds? How long are all the workouts on average? About an hour? The dvd itself, is it with a crowd of people in a gym or is it a select number like in cathe's workouts?
It sort of interests me but probably not enough to buy it. If I could borrow it from a friend like you are doing, I might give it a try. It sounds like you like it, but I hear you on missing Cathe. I always come back, too!
