Hi Guys,

busy day for you all, I guess.... It's not often that I on the westcoast get to start the thread...LOL!

I did Step Blast according to the rotation today. I like this one a lot! I had fun doing it. I don't have muscle max for tomorrow, so I'll do muscle endurance instead. But for now I have to hop in the shower. DS has a morning playdate arriving soon. We are going to make pretzels, should be fun! And sweet potato fries with turnip fries (ds picked those at whole foods and we are making them today) Then I have to hit the grocery stores afterwards for the weeks groceries.

Have a great day all!

Hi everyone,
Cendrine you are making me hungry. Sweet potato fries sound yummy & pretzels, I love pretzels; my one bread-type weakness. OK enough about food.
This a.m. I did muscle max. I shifted all the routines up one day since I walk everyday (M-TH). I did step blast yesterday & it blew me away. I think I'm still dealing w/some energy issues, but today was much better. I increased my weights from the lat time I did this workout. It felt great but I was shaking & dripping sweat by the end of it, but it felt so good to work so hard. Now I know I'm crazy if this is my idea of a great morning but it was great. I felt so pumped afterwards & the shower felt so good. I was ready for the day.
Well I'm getting off work early today. I hope everyone has a good weekend.

Hi Everyone!

Quick note...I have company again which arrived last night. They will be here until Monday and then we're leaving on Tuesday for vacation so my checking in my be spotty (along with my workouts!).

Anyway, I did get Step Blast in this moring and yesterday, since I can't run, I did Drill Max Scrambled cardio premix along with No Equipment Needed. I was going to have done a Cardio Coach, but alas, I forgot to charge my iPod!

Had my CT yesterday and they confirmed I have a sinus infection (I told them that!) but as far as my headaches...they don't see anything unusual. They did say we have had an unprecedented year for pollen and other allergens which is probably contributing to my problems. And yes, if I go back through my logs, I've had more headaches this summer than I have since before having sinus surgery eons ago. So I got meds which made me start feeling better within a couple of hours, they took a culture and will adjust my medicine on Monday. All in a days work!

Bottom line, looking for answers but not getting them. Oh, and you'll all like this. I got a letter from my insurance company on Tuesday stating that they will no longer pay for my migraine medicine and I have 180 days to disbute their decision! WTH? So, got on the phone with my Dr and insurance company and my Dr is submitting paperwork to take care of it. If I had to pay for it out of my pocket it would cost me $300 a month! Are you kidding me?

Back to work! Talk to everyone later!
