Here's today's agenda, ladies:

8:45 Step class (for the ENTIRE HOUR, woo hoo)
10:15 Yoga Fit
11:30 Boot Camp
2:45 Kick Box or Lower Body Blast (not sure which one she's doing)

Guess I better fuel my body for breakfast before this day starts, hugh? Still eating 100% clean, even at dinner last night when they served fish in butter, cake, potatoes in a garlic butter and veggies in primavera sauce! CLEAN, I tell ya....I stuck with a salad, 1/2 small roll. 2 hours later I ate the apple and lite string cheese I brought with me! LOVE IT!

I saw part of the webcast yesterday where the guy was talking about the new equipment! Did you and Chrissy hookup?

One more day I can't workout because of heat. But DH and I are going to go down to the trail (it's 7:30 right now). So I'm not inactive; it's still 85 in our bedroom. You should all know I'm not a couch potatoe so I'm not just sitting around!

:D:DOh I'm so jealous Gayle!! Thanks so much for taking the time to pop in and give us updates! I watched some of the step class and the product presentation on the webcam yesterday! I'm anxiously awaiting the tour info, I hope she makes a Minneapolis stop!!!!:D:D

Okay, sitting here with my coffee catching up on the week's posts. We did come home Wednesday from camping (a day early as Wednesday was pouring rain) but then took kids to see HP that evening. Then Thursday was busy with cleaning camper/house/garden:rolleyes:, making dd's birthday cake. Then my sister came over in the evening and since Disney had put out new deals for our trip in the fall we spent alot time plugging in various numbers, etc. We did some changes and now are getting free dining on our trip. :D

Yesterday was dd's birthday party which seem to last from the first kid coming at 8:45 am and the last one being picked up at 4:30. We had 10 kids total but I only took the 6 girls to Build a Bear. The other 4 were boy brothers/cousins who didn't want to go and they just hung out at the house. Last night I was finally going to post and then I discovered the webcam.

Anyways no official exercise for me for the last week but while camping we did tons of hiking, swimming, etc and I came back 2 lbs lighter!!! (I think we should go camping more often:p) Later today we will head to the cottage for 2 nights (it's a holiday weekend here in Canada). I'll be back Monday and will return to work Tuesday:(:( So will get back in a regular routine then.

Gayle I'm so excited that you finally got to see your ex-financee and that things are going well for the two of you.:D

Cendrine WTG on going to the beach and not getting sunburnt! I got so sunburned the first day we were camping that I trouble sleeping that night. It's in the itchy stage now.

Rachael When I do a Cathe rotation I always adjust my rest days to my busiest days. Which is usually Mondays as I have work/dd's piano lessons so I usually make those my rest days.

Chrissy Oh, dd wants to see G-force, I thought it looked kind of dumb but it was ok?? Take lots of pics for us!!!

Measureoak CONGRATS on finishing sts!!!!! Hope you're enjoying your well deserved rest.

Julie Congrats on the new weights! Do you get to keep them?? I guess your friend won't be working out if you have her weights unless you do it together?

Julie Wow what hot weather! We had the 3rd coolest July on record, it's really been lousy weather. Last Sunday was 22C and I managed to get a sunburn but usually in July it's over 30.

Hi again, I just watched part of the Boot Camp class! It looked like a lot of fun but the sound was awful on the webcast (screeching) so had to turn it off! I'm going to try and watch more later if I can!

Cathe posted an interesting August rotation. So many choices, not enough time;);) I did the first CLX workout with DH this morning, very different from Cathe's workouts out. I did feel that I got a very good workout.
 
Kim, are you doing a whole CLX rotation or just testing it out? I'm interested to know how it works for you!
 
Hi ladies. Just got out of the MUCH-needed shower! lol 4 classes later, I feel MUCH MUCH better!

Chrissy and I have caught up with each other today. Is the live web cast streaming pretty cool? Did you recognize anybody you know??? I wish they were recording it so we could watch it ourselves another time. We have about an hour now until we head back to the gym for dinner, DJ and dancing (which I don't do, lol). Still keeping my food CLEAN! Ladies, I can't believe it....the other 3 RTs, I used every excuse in the book to just pig out on anything and everything. I feel control coming back and I'm pumped up about it!!!

The classes were awesome and I TOTALLY enjoyed the YogaFit. I think I may need to add a yoga session in once per week. I really liked it and it felt sooooooooo good. Step class this AM was an HOUR of all Cathe step and it rocked...burned 500 calories! :) Then Boot Camp was tough but fun with different drills and 'stations'. Then this afternoon's Lower Body Blast workout surely worked our already-tired and feeling-like-lead legs! LOL

OK.....headed to dry my hair and all that jazz. We'll be out late tonight at the gym, and up early for tomorrow morning's Kickbox class and brunch, so I'll post to you all after all that settles and most of the RTers head home.

Just a quick post for me...Sounds like you road trippers are gettin a good butt kickin!

We had a busy day at work and I think we are getting all of Jo's rain and she is getting all of our heat. The rain is just pouring from the sky here. You can barely see when you are driving. I needed the grocery store after work but it was puring so bad I thought maybe I could make due until tomorrow. I hate to make an extra trip on my day off but it would have been an impossible feat to get the groceries in the truck or even to the truck for that matter.

I have not looked at the august rotation but tomorrow I will when Iget up but i still think I will stick to the June one since I bought the dvds for that one. And then I might just have to buy the ones I need for the august one if it looks fun.

My eating has been clean but I can tell I am getting close to that time of the month because up until now i have felt like I looked pretty good but right now I feel like I am swollen all over and retaining everything I eat. I guess there is no cure for pms...not even the cleanest of eating!

Gayle-I can tell you are having the time of your life. Thanks for taking the time to fill us in a little!

Julie-I am glad you got your weights. Things like that can make a world of difference. I know when I get equipment that makes things just a little easier, I push myself that much more.

Jo-I am sorry you are getting the heat. i know how you feel though, not that that helps anything. We are used to the heat down here but this rain in the middle of summer...Weird! We almost could kayak to work.

Kim-2#'s Awesome. I think when you get to get outside of your box of normal activity your body resonds pretty fast. That is probably what happened to you.I hope you have a good time at the cottage.

Cendrine-It is a major deal goin to the beach and noone getting burned. I am not a real big fan of the sun since I am pale and freckly (irish I guess) My mother is mainly indian but my Dad's irish blood won out and I just burn and peel in the sun. Dh and I went to Croatia a few years ago and I would lay out on our friends dock but would be slathered with spf 50 and they just did not understand why I did not "catch no color". I was the whitest tourist.

Ok that was much longer than I intended. It is 9:11 and I am about to pass clear out. Sad huh.

Hi Guys,
checking in late today because our day was so busy. First it was a thorough housecleaning, then costco run, lunch, then in the afternoon dh and I decided to tackle the kids' rooms and play room and weeded out all the toys that haven't been played with because we simply got tired of the mess... We have two big boxes of stuff to give away now and our house looks so tidy. Feels great! We ended the day with some fun. Since dh has set up our school area with a computer we decided to let the kids watch a netflix movie online, and let them eat their dinner (corndogs) which we never have, and drumsticks for dessert (which we also never have) while dh and I were in the other room having a nice trader joes tilapia citronelle for dinner! The kids loved it and so did we! Sure beats getting a babysitter and paying extra for meals out... We are going to do this again...LOL!

Gayle, I wish I could have watched the webcast, but I missed it! It sounds so fun, and the way you are eating, you are going to come home 5lbs lighter! I am very impressed with your control! Say hi to Chrissy!

Rachel, I haven't seen the august rotation yet either, but will probably stick with June rotation also, opting to do the august later if it looks interesting!
All that rain! wow! Did you get your shopping done?

Jo, I know you don't just sit on your tush all day, even with this heat! I'm glad you husband is going with you on the trail, makes it more fun that way! Is it going to cool down for you guys yet any time soon?

Kim, sounds like you had a great time camping! We are starting to look at some places as well, now that the kids are getting bigger. We are sure to go on some hikes next summer when we go visit my family in Switzerland.
Your free dining disney deal is awesome! How great is that?
