6 month alumni weekly checkin 10/11

Well getting us started was a lot harder this morning than I thought it would be! Somehow my password got erased and for the life of me I could not remember it. I typed in everything I thought it could be but I did not want to use up my chances so finally I got a new one emailed to me and now I have to figure out how to change it. I will do that tomorrow or sometime since it will be raining all week. I swear Jo, I think we got your weather. Except without all the beautiful scenery!

I have my rotation written on my calendar for the next 2 weeks. I love a planned rotation. It is so nice to have the work outs planned out for me. It takes out all the guess work and keeps me going. I feel like if the calendar says I am supposed to do this on this day then I am more likely to do that on that day. So next week is my PLB and PUB workouts.I am very excited about these too because I have not done them other than the versions off of FitTV. I forgot Jo, I think you asked if it was different than the dvd versions and yes it is was different. At least the ones I have tried are anyway. They are cut to fit in commercials so if you think that they are trying to fit in at least 12 min. of commercials, well you can imagine how big of a difference that is making in the entire workout. Of course when I first started doing Cathe, that is the only versions I had so I did not know any better. Only at the beginning of the workout when she would say something like there were going to be 8 segments and there would be only 7 or something of that nature, it always left me wondering about what I was missing.

Cendrine-I just recently started hearing about Kefir...Like I said things come to us alot slower esp. healthy things. In the south, if you even mention that this might be a slimmed down version of something then most people turn up their nose and think this can not be good! They think plain rice cakes and grapefruit!
We do not like doing the whole turkey either. Mostly because no one likes the dark meat around here so that really goes to waste. Well my dogs don't think it is a waste since I normally would debone it and give those portions to them as a Thanksgiving treat. ( I know dogs should not get people food but I am a one of those that think they get to celebrate the holiday too)
As far as hair day being a priority...well I was the same way but when my hair started going grey at 20 something, it was right on top of my head. I know this is wrong but dh used to pull them out. For fear of ending up with a huge bald spot:eek: we stopped that. I decided to color it at home myself with dh's help and needless to say a couple of days after that is when I met my hairdresser that I have been going to now for about 6 or 7 yrs. Now when it starts to grow out a little I notice that the grey hair is everywhere. It is weird too because I think I am the only one at of my siblings that has this much grey hair and my oldest is 7 yrs older than me. If you scene me any other day of the yr except hair day you would not know it was a priority for me either:D
I love "Every No Counts Toward Progress!" I will remember that!

Jo-I don't know how you could say you are not creative in the kitchen...I would have never thought of that dish. Besides I am not really creative. I just look up recipes on the internet and tweak them. I start thinking...for instance...sweet potato cornbread sounds good...then see if anyone has ever done it before. See so when you say you made that dish up, you are being way more creative than I could ever be!
You talking about the sts workouts makes me want to do them. I am trying to hold out but I do not want to wait till next yr. I am hoping that we get them before that. I hope we all can do an sts shock cardio rotation together. I think we will have to wait for Kim to get hers though. I think Canada gets them later. We will have to see how it goes. Green smoothies and a good rotation. We will all be super women:D.

OK well now that I have talked your eyes ;) off. I better go get my b-day started. The weather is still dreary but I will make the best of it!
Hope you all have a great day!

Rachel

So weird, I had to sign in too! I'm so glad I remembered my login info! LOL!

Happy Birthday, Rachel! Are you pulling out stumps yet?;) So it's burgers for you today, right? What's for dessert? For me it most always has to be something chocolatey....

You know, my mom got grey hair way early as well, so I half expected I would get them early too, but so far I don't think I have any. Sometimes I think it's hard to tell because of the highlight strands the sun gives you in summer... I'm on the fence about coloring my own hair simply because I am so lazy that it would bother me to have to go touch up every so often...

Well, I'm going to take dd to Disneyland for a couple of hours since the men are still out camping and having fun and she asked if next time she could go tooo.... She is only 3 and wants to go camping... doesn't want to miss out on anything. But taking her to Disneyland alone will be fun since she will get to choose all the rides herself!

Be back later!

Hi Guys! I had to sign in too so they must have done an update last night or something.

Okay, sorry I couldn't get on until now. First of all, today was rest day so I planned on doing a bijillion other things. Of course, we started with a trip to Costco!

Then it was home to try out the juicer! I have a girlfriend that is into juicing and she peeked my interest - her and her husband went to MT with us in August and she brought her juicer so I got interested in it then. (I have also been eating mostly raw of late so the juicing fits right in! I'll update you on the raw plan later.)

So here's what I juiced today:

1/2 bunch kale
1 whole romaine heart (it was about 10 leaves)
2 honey crisp apples
2 lemons (peeled)
4 large fresh strawberries

I would have only used 1 lemon but these were teeny tiny! It was delicious and made about 3 full juice glasses of juice (so I guess about 18-20 ounces).

Then I took the pulp and sauted it in a tbsp of oil and added salsa to it which we ate with some red snapper. There was a LOT of pulp so that little saute was about 5 servings.

So besides Costco and the juicing, I also picked the apples off our apple trees. This year I only got about 30 apples (very young trees) but the apples were bigger than last year. I think the extremely cold weather we had last winter may have damaged my trees. Last year I got 50 lbs of apples which was my biggest crop ever!

Then I made my famous beans (this makes 10 quarts - I don't know how to make just a little).

6 cups of pinto beans (soaked and cooked)
5 big carrots chopped
5 big celery stalks chopped
1/2 yellow pepper chopped
1/2 red pepper chopped
1 giant onion
1 giant leek
Alot of garlic
2 cans of Italian stewed tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
3 tsp cumin
5 hard shakes cayenne pepper
some fresh ginger grated (to taste)
several shakes of celery salt
a couple of shakes of nutmeg

After the beans are cooked and soft, add the rest of the ingredients and cook for about 25 minutes.

I also threw in a couple of chopped collard leaves. I just bought those yesterday for the first time (I'm branching out) and didn't know what to do with them so thought I'd throw some in the beans. Anyway, my beans are delicous!

Be back in a minute...got to get the clothes out of the dryer.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY RACHEL!!!!! So how was your day? TELL US EVERYTHING!! I wish you guys were doing STS with me but I guess we can all tackle it again when STS Cardio is here! I have a GF that was completely gray at 25 so it happens to a lot of people. I don't have any yet but I'm sure when I do I'll do something about it! Oh and as far as rotations go...even if I'm not doing a rotation, I have to plan my workouts out for at least a week or else I'm lost!!

Cendrine, how was Disneyland today? What a fun way to spend your day with DD! Hope your guys had a fun weekend too! So what's on your schedule this week? Are you still sticking with circuits? I really wish you had the Terminator DVD so you could do the Gauntlet - I know you would enjoy that workout. Actually all three workouts are great on the DVD but the Gauntlet is my favorite.

Tomorrow I'm starting week 2 of Meso 2. I think of all the Meso's #2 is my favorite but I did like all of them for different reasons. Oh yeah, and my biceps are sore again! You know I'm wondering if I wasn't lowering my arms all the way on barbell curls which is why I was never sore. I dunno. But I'm lifting with just a little less weight and getting DOMS so I like it.

Okay, I think I'm caught up! Time to go read and then lights out! Talk to you tomorrow!

Good Noon all!:D
Kind of a late check in for me but after I worked out this morning dh wanted to show me something. So we ended up laying in bed watching a bunch of old videos from when our puppies were just teenagers and our house was still stuck in the eighties!:D (and it was not the eighties:eek:) We were both amazed at how much we have done with the place. I wish I was a good decorator though! I just do not have a knack for that stuff. If only I could afford to have someone come tell me what to do with my stuff.

Well my birthday went off without a hitch. I just wanted to be at home and spend the day with no makeup on. So I put on some carhardt overalls (what a sight) and we went outside to brave the gloomy weather. I don't know if I can say we pulled stumps, they were not very cooperative, but we did get some stobs out of the way. We are getting closer to having that area more manageable. I love to clean scrub, esp when you can tell a difference.
Birthday dinner went like this...I grilled some cherry tomatoes and garlic cloves in a throw away pie plate. Then I double fried some potatoes, sweet for me and regular for dh. I made a yummy greek yogurt spread out of the tomatoes and garlic for my hamburger. I never fry french fries but if you want to do it ever ...Double frying them is the way to go. They were crunchy on the outside and soft in the middle. Dessert...Well I told dh I wanted ice cream cake, so in dh style bigger and more is always better...So there was an oreo crust about half an inch thick on the bottom and top. And now there is still almost a whole 9x13 pan full still. He did not grasp the concept of ice cream cake for 2:D. But I promise I am done with it. A little went a long way for me. But now I don't know what to do with the rest. I am hoping he eats some more and maybe someone will come over. All in all it was a very relaxing b-day!

Today was PUB and supposed to be LIS which is on loan to a friend so I did the cardio from cardio and weights. I thought it would be a good sub and it was. I could not believe how hard PUB was. When I got to the bicep part I was shaking and grunting but I refuse to quit. Any other time I would have dropped weights but I can not remeber what Cathe was saying but it was so incouraging that I did not quit. I stuck with my weight and finished. Then dh knocked on the door and said "are you Ok?" :D Needless to say I hade to make noise to get through the end. Then there were abs which I did not get through all of the pikes because my arms were shaking so bad I thought I was going to fall on my face! Tomorrow is PLB:eek:

Cendrine-I love camping all except for the going to the bathroom part. Other than that I love ever part about it. That is cute that you dd want to go. But it is great that yall had some girl time at disney. I bet it is a great time to go right now since school is in.

Jo-The famous beans sound great. What do you do with the left overs? I can not believe that you say you are not a creative cook! I am going to have to try those!

OK it is still raining here but I am trying to see the light and just relax and enjoy my down time before the sh%$ hits the fan again at work! I am not sure when the next job starts but it is a doozy and about an hr and 20 min drive one way so I know I should just try to enjoy this time while I can!

Have a great day!

Rachel

Hi Girls!

I did bootcamp today. I have a love/hate relationship with that workout! Tomorrow is Imax 2. yes, I'm still doing circuits on weight days and cardio on all other days. Don't worry, Jo, I will get that terminator! LOL!
Your juice sounds wonderful! Did you add any salt to it or did it taste great just the way you did it? I never got a juicer because I didn't want to throw away all that good pulp... Now you are telling me you can make a fish topping with it! Wow! I learn new things every day!
Your beans sound great too. I have also only recently branched out to collards.... I put them in a soup. Supposedly they are good in green smoothies but I haven't dared yet... It's interesting that you are talking about eating mostly raw. I have just started doing more of that too! I'm by no means ever going to be a 100% raw, unless maybe I live all by myself... But I do believe it is beneficial on many levels. I have also moved away from animal proteins some. I also don't think I will ever be completely vegetarian, but I have reduced a lot! I'm kind of experimenting to see how my muscle maintenance is affected by this.

Disneyland was fun but very busy which surprised me until dh told me today was free for many people. DD enjoyed it too! The guys had a blast but ds is definitely sleep deprived and overstimulated which results in attitude for him... sigh... Hopefully he will catch up some more. Today he slept 2 hrs longer than usual...

Rachel, I am glad your birthday went so well! About the cake... dh does the same thing to me! Can you just keep it in the freezer for little treats here and there? I am so bad about throwing away food, even if it is bad for me food. One of these days I will get better at it.
Enjoy your time off and wtg doing the workouts despite the effort needed!

Back from the cottage! We had 40 cm snowfall at the cottage! My BIL's car got good and stuck. Spent some time pulling the kids on the sled behind the ATV. Mostly dirty/slushy snow though. We had Thanksgiving dinner Sunday with 13 people. Stayed Sat and SUn night. Today we had turkey leftovers and did most of the winterizing before heading home. Only have a couple of hours at home though and then we're off to my MIL's for another turkey dinner:rolleyes: Have to see both sides of the family over the holidays so I don't know if I'll get a workout in.

DS's asthma really started to bother him again at the cottage. We were just at the doctor's Friday and got all his meds adjusted and then the dampness at the cabin got him going again. Now I'm worried as he always has trouble at my MIL's house due to dogs/cigarette smoke. So I made sure we had a few hours at home.

Rachael Glad to hear that you enjoyed your birthday. The biceps section in PUB is super hard! What weights did you use?? I love having a plan to follow for workouts as well. That's why I've been doing Cathe rotations for years.

Cendrine Did the boys have fun with camping? Is your DH still doing STS?

Jo Glad to hear that you're enjoying the tower! Do you think you will get some of the downloads??

Kim

Hey Kim,

looks like we just missed each other...

I'm glad you had a good time at the cottage and so much snow too! The kids must have loved it! I hate dirty snow, though....

Sorry about your son's asthma getting worse! Mine always kicks up around the time the air gets cooler (that combined with exercise always gets me a bit) But i just recently read that eating more raw foods helped one mom get all her four kids off asthma meds and out of the emergency room. I was so impressed that it made me want to try to eat more raw to see if it helps me too. (I made a raw dip of sprouted lentils and nuts and seeds mixed with onions and peppers for lunch. It definitely needed salt but it was a nice alternative to salads. Ds liked it too. )

Dh has not done sts for weeks. Ever since they layed off one of his counterparts and dh having to pick up the slack, he as had little time for anything but work. I hope he finds a balance soon, I know exercise would help him with his stress and energy level. I don't know how he does it, as he is still very pleasant to all of us. I would be so grumpy....

I'm trying to keep him healthy with good meals, that's about all I can do.

I hope ds will be ok at your MIL's house! It's probably too cold to open the windows, isn't it?

Hi Everyone!

Oh, Rachel I'm sitting here chuckling over you doing PUB! I tell you...that is one killer workout! Whenever I've done it I, I've usually tacked on the abs from ME instead of PUB abs because my arms give out on me trying to do the pikes! PUB just fries my arms! So I can picture what you're going through! LOL! Sounds like you had a good BD! Leftover beans?? We eat them! I wish I had a freezer as I would freeze them but we usually eat them all within 5 days as everyone takes them for lunches (there's me, DH, stepson and friend from MT who's staying with us right now while working in Seattle).

Cendrine, I did not put anything else into the juice mixture...no spices or salt or anything. It was perfect as is. If I was going to add something it would probably be ginger. Oh, and I was like you...I didn't want to waste the pulp which is why I hadn't gotten into it sooner. Sounds like you and I are doing similar things with eating. I have x-nayed animal protein and am just having fish and beans. (I'll eat meat/chicken to be polite however!) The last time I had a steak, I didn't eat all of it and got a stomachache. I thought, like you, I'll see how this affects my strength workouts. However, I never seem to have much "viewing" muscle anyway so it probably won't matter! HA! I agree, I probably won't go completely vegetarian but I like eating this way. My complexion has never looked so good!

Kim, I have to laugh about your BIL getting stuck! It seems like you guys are always destined for some kind of mishap on your cottage excursions! Sorry about DS asthma; that must be so miserable! Regarding the downloads, I would love to have them just because I'd love to have them! But I don't honestly need them. Whah! I think it would be smarter for me to download the ones I would use if I'm traveling...but in the past I've always taken a DVD with me (like Kick Max for example) and played it on my laptop in my hotel room. So unless I'm going to a gym, I don't really need them (at least not yet!)

So today I did disc 16, chest, shoulders and triceps and was really feeling in the groove (and loving that tower!). Not much else to report at the moment. It is definitely fall here. Talk to you all later!

DS and I were only able to stay at MIL's for about 1/2 hour. I felt terrible just eating and leaving but ds was wheezing so bad he could hardly talk. MIL is a pediatric nurse and wanted me to take him straight to the ER. But I knew if I brought him home he would calm down. Also the ER would be crazy on a holiday. I feel bad she tries so hard, said she shampooed her carpet, has air filters going etc but when you have a dog that sheds and smokes ( not when ds is there) it's just in the house. He can never stay there very long.
He's fine at my mom's house(no dogs/cigarettes) but my mom's cottage is built in a very swampy area, it's built up above the ground and the dampness gets him. It's fine in the hot summer months but the fall/spring when the cottage is closed up, he has trouble up there. We had windows open even with the snow this weekend.

DH and dd stayed to visit with his side of the family. DD getting properly spoiled by her grandma and great grandma. Once we were home ds started to feel much better so I did my CLX workout, he was at the other end of the room so I could watch. (just to make sure you know that I'm not a terrible mom;))

Oh, doing the abs on PUB after the arm workout is crazy! The ab workot is so much easier if done before the arms.

Hi Again,

Jo, that is so funny that we seem to be doing similar things food wise! So interesting! Share any good recipes you got if you're trying new stuff you like!

Kim, sorry you had to leave so soon after getting to MIL's but at the same time it's nice that taking care of your son also got you the opportunity to work out, no guilt attached! We all know you are a great mom, no need to feel like you have to explain things to us. And I will keep your great suggestion in mind, when the day comes that I do PUB (I have to yet purchase that one) that I will do abs before the arms...LOL! Something so simple would never occur to me, I always do abs at the end....

Oh Kim, we would never think you're a terrible mom! I would have done the same thing so don't feel guilty! It doesn't matter how much a smoker cleans their house...it's there! I'm sorry your ds is suffering so and hope he's better now!

Cendrine, at least we know what we both eat when it comes to picking a restaurant! LOL!

I'm sitting here trying to decide what to do for cardio tomorrow. The STS rotation calls for Xtrain Kickbox + Quick Fix option but that isn't appealing to me for some reason. I think I'll do KPC instead. My chest, shoulders and triceps are all really tight tonight so I'm happy about that.

Hope you all have a good day tomorrow!

Good Morning Rachel! I'm assuming you'll be up first tomorrow!

I'm going to spin tomorrow! I just decided since I'll do legs on Wednesday, I need to spin tomorrow. Last week my legs were sore for 3 days so couldn't get a spin in! I think on this round of STS, I'm not only working harder on my form but going deeper, etc. Just like all of Cathe's other workouts, after you've done them a couple of times, you get better and better. So I must be really taking full advantage now! :p And, I'm not lifting as heavy on some of those exercises.

Okay, I'm signing off...going to bed to read.

Good morning back Jo:p and to all that follow!
Jo, I was looking at the last time you posted 12:17am...my goodness you are up late!
There was lots of posting to catch up on.
Well it is still raining. I think they are saying it will be another 3 to 4 inches today to go along with the 5 from yesterday. Thank goodness we are not in a flood plain or we would be washed away. My mom always says if it rains on the first day of the month that it will rain for the most of the rest of the month...I think this time that is ringing true. It is sort of a good thing that we are not going to work right now because it is hard to deal with material in the rain. But I am running out of things to do in the house. I told dh we need a project to do but when you can not use outdoor tools like saws it is very limiting!
Can you tell I am not very good at relaxing. Not as bad as Gayle was though!

I am intrigued by the "diet" (change of eating) that you guys are doing. I always threaten to become a vegetarian. But like you Cendrine, I would have to live by myself or would have to prepare 2 meals for every dinner I cooked! Dh thinks there has to be meat at every meal. There is no getting him to eat healthy. I try to sneak veges. into his meals and some times he says some thing and sometimes he doesn't. You win some you lose some:rolleyes: I try to keep some soup options in the freezer for me that do not include meat. That is why I was wondering if your beans would freeze well Jo?

Today was PLB...Another tough workout. I think I was sweating from the first set of leg presses and never stopped. I am hoping for some real doms tomorrow. I am supposed to repeat PUB on thursday and PLB on Friday. I was thinking about doing the pyr. down premix but I looked at it and it looks like it is just three sets instead of 5. I will have to tweak it maybe. Has anyone done that premix and did it feel like it worked you good too?

Kim-I am repeating what has already been said here but I think that it needs to be repeated. As jo said, I would have done the same thing too. We never could think that you are a terrible Mom. You did exactly what was needed for your ds and then you took care of yourself too. You know your ds and what he needs and I am positive if he was in bad shape you would have had him at the hospital instead of keeping a watchful eye on him while you worked out! Growing up with a sister who had severe asthma, and am embarrassed to admit, a mother that smoked...in the house:eek:, it looks like to me that you are very watchful and concerned about your sons well being!
Thanksgiving sounds like it went alright in spite of ds asthma. I guess since you said you winterized the cottage that that means you can not go there in the winter. I guess since it is already getting snow that means that it is probably covered up in the winter!

Cendrine-I know what you mean about the bootcamp love/hate thing! I used to do this one off of fittv too and I do not think it had all eight sequences. When I finally got it and did the thing in it's entirety I was like What the Heck!!! It is a goody. How are the circuits treating you? Unless I can find a good circuit rotation from all of Cathe's I am going to have to put some thought into making one for myself. At least a two weeker! That would get me to the November rotation to see what it looks like. Like I said I am trying to avoid the sts ones until shock cardio.
I know what you mean about dh and stress with work too. I know that if my dh would eat better and work out at least a few days a week he would feel better and it would take the edge off but getting him to believe that is another story. Since he and I work together I know what is going on all the time so that inables me to know when he is having a good day or a bad one and what exactly is causing it so I know when to just let him have some space.

Jo-Wow I did not even know you were having an extended house guest. You are a gracious host...I would have probably already been complaining. Again another thing I need to work on! I guess I am like the cat in that way...I hate change! I need to learn to adapt better.
How was the spin work out. That is one thing I have not tried yet. One day I will have to get to a gym and take a class. I think I am always worried about not being at the same level as the regulars.
So what constitutes fall weather in Washington? Here it is wetter and more crisp...60's and 70's instead of 90's and 100's...I love it!
It sounds like you are noticing a difference with this round of sts. As far as form goes. Are we going to do a double rotation when shock cardio comes or the 3.5 month version?

OK-I am off to do laundry and try to organize something if I can get up the umphhh. We will see!

Have a great day

Rachel

Hi Rachel! Yes it was after midnight your time but only after 10 my time! :p
The beans do freeze! Though I haven't room in my freezer, when I make them in MT we put them in the freezer and they are just fine! About those cirucit workouts...look through the old rotations, I remember that Cathe did do a circuit rotation a while back but I can't remember when. I'll look too and let you know if I see it. Our house guest is our friend from MT. They are our best friends and really like family so having him with us is no big deal and he usually flys home on the weekends or his wife comes here. He has been with us since the first of April. A couple of years ago he stayed with us for an entire year - of course I was on the road then, so having him here kept DH from complaining about me being gone so much! He is in aerospace (which is what DH used to do) so sometimes he can work from home in MT and sometimes he has to be here. I'm going to write up exactly what I'm doing on our eating plan for all of you so will try to get to that later today and then we can see what Cendrine is doing!

So...I am a fickle girl... instead of spinning, I ended up doing 1/2 of Imax Extreme and then STS abs No Equipment Needed. After you guys were talking about abs, I realized I hadn't worked them in for a couple of weeks! (What's up with that?) The reason I didn't spin was I forgot to charge my iPod so no Cardio Coach! (A minor detail!)

Fall in Washington...average 40's and low 50's for high. Yesterday high was 47. Windy and rainy. The worse wind storms we've ever had (and we've had some doozies!) were in the fall. Three years ago we had a storm that clocked 90 mph winds and we were without power for a week!

Okay, I have got to get busy so I'll check back later!

Oh I wanted to add one more thing...DH eats healthy most of the time with me but often rebels and eats ribs and jerky and a hotdog from Costco! But, I am happy with whatever I can get him to do! (He even likes tofu!) So stick with it with DH and just get him to eat what you can!

Hi Girls,

Imax 2 for me today. I like this one, although the blast on the 9th interval I simply hate! But it got me good and sweaty which was the plan...LOL!

We had some rain today too! It sure is early for us , but I love the rain especially when it comes pounding down in buckets, there's just something about it!

I made yummy chips out of sprouted whole grain tortillas. I had tried to make chips before in the oven minus the fat and salt but they turned out horribly. But then I saw a clip of someone making them by broiling them for 1 minute! I decided it was worth one more try and man did it work! They re awesome! I love them and so does dh and the kids! Will have to stock up next shopping trip! I used them with my sprouted lentil dip and a raw cabbage salad for lunch. I don't think I can get more healthy than that!

Wow Cendrine, you are Jo are really eating healthy! Y'all are inspiring me more and more!
I love the rain too but it has been raining for about 2 weeks here almost solid so now I am ready for a little sun.
I am surprised DH and I are not pulling each others hair out, but so far so good!

Jo-That is great that you can be there for your friends. It must be tough for him to be away from his family esp. for a whole year. I can not imagine that.
Thanks for the rotation. As soon as I get off here I am going to check it out.
I think I am going to try your bean recipe in my new pot this weekend. I know I am living on the edge!

Cendrine-I do not necessarily love segment 9 of IMAX2 either. I try not to hate it though;), because it is always going to #9.:D I am still not very good at though esp. by the time I get to it! Then I love how she has an "easy" one for #10 although I do not believe anything could be considered easy after trying to complete #9! I hope you are enjoying the rain! It is an oddity for this time of year for Y'all isn't it?

OK dinner calls...Nothing as healthy as y'all are having I am sure!

Rachel
