Good morning! I hope everyone is enjoying their weekend!

I just wanted to post that you might not hear from me for a few days as will be busy with the move and we might be without internet for a couple of days as we're switching providers. Going to go have a good look at the house this morning and then pick up the uhaul and start loading it. Of course ds has hockey and curling so we will be running around lots over the next couple of days!

Oh Kim...Wish I could help but if I were there I would be too bundled to move probably!:D

Nothing on tap for today. We are just pretty much lazing around. Tomorrow we have a little job that should take 2 days and then another job is supposed to start on Wednesday. So maybe a full week of work. We went and looked at both jobs on Friday and the second one looked like they would have to get a lot done for a Wed. start but I have been surprised before.

So since I am sure there will be no rotation posted until Tuesday of next week , I am thinking about taking a light week this week. I still will get up and do something but I have nothing planned so we will see what comes up.

Good luck Kim with all the move.

TTYL

Lazy day here too! It is totally overcast and raining. Not the kind of day that leaves you feel energized. But I better get ready to go cheer ds on at the pinewood derby, it starts soon! LOL!

Kim, like Rachel, I wish I could lend a helping hand, will your sisters help out at all? I hope the move goes smoothly!

Oh, by the way, dd's birthday party was fabulous! They had a reptile show and dd got to hold an albino boa constrictor all by herself! The thing weighed as much as she does...LOL! She was not afraid at all, amazing

Hi Jo, hope you are doing well!

Quick in and out for me again. Got work today.
No workout this morning. I started feeling something coming on yesterday so I started Zicam and my throat is pretty sore off and on. So I thought since this is a rest week I would take a rest day.

Cendrine-You might have a little Bindy Irwin on your hands.:D I love that she wasn't afraid! It is good to go through life and be willing to experience what ever it throws at you and it sounds like she might have a little bit of an adventurous spirit. (when sh wants to...i.e. swimming;))

Kim I hope the move is going good.

Jo-I know you are getting straight A's!

Hopefully I don't start to feel run down today. It is always the way. Something always happens when I go back to work! LOL:rolleyes:

Rachel, I have something going on too... I hate it, and this is the third time in a very short time... but I got disk 7 done and am loading up on gse.
Ds won 2nd place at the derby yesterday! He got a cute little trophy!

Looks like we will be holding down the Fort, Cendrine. Sorry you are under the weather too. I told DH it is unlike me to get sick two times in a row so something tough must be going around. So I know how you feel.
Well no work tomorrow but that is OK because guess what...It is supposed to SNOW tomorrow! So almost 70 today and then nasty weather tomorrow. We are really on a roller coaster here so it is no wonder everyone is getting sick.

I thought maybe I might do one of the High Step workouts tomorrow just to keep my cardio and weights up for the week.

I think the zicam is doing its magic. So this time I am not going to quit taking it early like last time.

Now since it is a gloomy day I think it is going to be early pj day for me.

Oh and GOOD JOB to your Ds and Dh on the derby car race!

Thanks for the comment about not stopping zicam early! Preach it! I need to hear it! LOL! It's cold here, but no snow... I am always amazed to hear when you get snow!
Early pj day here too! LOL! I'm gonna go do another GSE dose and read in bed. Cardio for me tomorrow.

Well it is 9:30 and still no workout. We had a brutal storm last night and woke to the power flashing on and off. We had to turn the main breaker off to the house in fear that if we didn't something would get messed up. I swear the power went on and off at least 30 times before I could think of what to do. Of course it took DH getting up and flipping the breaker for me to realize that was a good idea:rolleyes:

Now the powers back on but since I have been laying in bed reading for 2 hrs it is kind of hard to get my mojo going. I am thinking I might eat breakfast and then see how it goes.

Keep hitting the GSE Cendrine...I hate to keep taking anything even if it is natural but last time I quit way to early so I am going to go through today even though I feel good.

Have a great day.
Oh and Burr is it cold outside compared to the 68 degrees it was at 4 this morning!

Wow Rachel, so many power outages! That's crazy! I'm like you if I stay in bed and read I get completely lazy... basically anything that dalays my routine gets me having a hard time... but with that said... I had great workout energy today! I did a great hoot style tm workout and sta ility abs. :D

You must of had some great workout energy if it was a hoot!;) I think you were meaning Hiit but I got a good chuckle from it being hoot! :D

I did it. I did HSC all except for abs. I did not get started until 12 so I sort of feel like my day just got started.
I am reading a good book I got for free on the kindle. It is such and easy read that it was hard to put down and get anything done. It's called The Apothecary's Daughter. I love those period type books and I think this one might have been meant for teen girls but I like it all the same. Of course it is good reading weather. Lightly snowing and a wind chill in the single digits:rolleyes: I told you we are all gonna have pneumonia if this keeps up!

I am glad you had an awesome workout, Cendrine! Mine wasn't too bad for a rest week.
I checked out the Feb. rotation and I am shaking with a little fear! It looks very intimidating! It might be what I need to get my bottom in shape though!

:DLOL! I was posting from my phone, and my phone sometimes auto adjusts what you typed to what it thinks you wanted to type... My phone is evidently not updated on fitness lingo...LOL! I didn't even realize it changed to hoot, because I didn't go back and proofread....

I'll have to check out the book title, I enjoy easy reads too!

I haven't had time to look at the February rotation, but you're making me think I'm glad I'm not looking for a rotation...LOL!

Howdy Girls! Here's my wisdom for today:

Don't stop with the Zicam!!!! or GSE!!!;):p:D:p:(:D:);)

Cendrine, I love this: I did a great hoot style tm workout and sta ility abs. :D That gave me a good laugh! I thought it had Droid written all over it!! LOL!

Rachel, yes, how's that weather? Are you guys getting hit by the southend of those big storms?

Kim, be careful moving!!!

I'm here! It's sunshining, I have on my yellow plaid (sort of) lululemon sweatshirt and life is GOOD!!! Ibo sends LOVE to all! Oh, and I'm having a fantastic hair day! Great hair and no place to go! LOL! If all goes well, I'll be out of here in an hour and go spin! Another big week for homework but I'm trying to plow through it. I have a couple new Ibo pictures to post but DH hasn't downloaded them yet. So nothing else to report. Just trying to get through this. TBL is on tonight and it should be a goody! My BB is all better and I can now finally do sit-ups and stuff again. I just need to have time to workout!

TTYL! Miss you guys everyday!

Good Morning!
I am glad to say that we did not get much snow or precip. yesterday so we are just cold. I was watching the news today and was feeling really lucky compared to most of the rest of this side of the country! This winter has just been so bad for so many. We have another chance of snow on Friday so we are still not quite out of the woods as far as that goes but I am sure it will not be nothing like what everyone else is dealing with.

This morning it was just stretch max for me. I am feeling a lazy week. That normally happens when I have not written anything down for the week. I think I am going to try the Feb. rotation though so I think I will need the rest. The only thing I don't like is that there are not too many upper body workouts which I have been missing with the Jan rotation but this one looks so challenging and I am kind of curious to see if I have the gusto to do it! There are some double day workouts though that I am not sure if I am going to be able to do but I will just have to see how it goes.

Jo-Can't wait to see those pics of Ibo. I am glad you are healed up and ready to go, just too bad time is not on your side for that! LOL I feel sorry for your body when you finally get to get back to some sort of regular schedule. I see some punishment in it's future!

Cendrine-Yes the more I look at the Feb. rot. the more nervous I get...hahaha Kind of silly since I have a choice, right! LOL

Kim-Waving just in case you are looking!;)

Hi girls. Posting from my droid again, so get ready for some more funny words sneaking in... ;)
jo, I'm so glad your bb is doing better!
Rachel, I looked at the feb rotation, oh my, that's another tough one! Makes me want to do it... a good one to do for prepping for the summer! But right now I'm quite happy with STS! I did disk 8 today. I'm really enjoying it!
we had a windy night but no rain. Bright and sunny here too!

Okay, posting from the new house:D:D The main stuff is unpacked. Moving is exhausting!!! We still have about one truck load of stuff at the old house. We still have that house until Feb 12 so will have to get back with the uhaul to get the last things and to give the house a good clean!

I ended up home yesterday as a juror called in sick so court was cancelled. I think I would have to be on my death bed to not go in, it was even in the paper this morning,
"Juror ill, case delayed"

Lots of little things that are done in this house, the fireplace and garbeurator aren't hooked up, some of the lampshades are in place, the basement bathroom flooring isn't done but that doesn't seem unusual when I talk with people. SO hopefully they get done soon. DH hasn't hooked up the washer/dryer yet but we did get the dishwasher in yesterday! The internet/tv/phone was hooked up yesterday but lots of glitches. I think the kids are really overtired and both were in tears at times yesterday:(:( The first bus ride didn't go so well and they ended up outside for a long time in -30 weather but we're slowly working out all the kinks.

Got to run to court, hope the juror is back today as I don't want it delayed any longer!

Good Morning!

I did just the cardio in 4DS HIS. It felt so short compared to the workouts from Jan. rotation:rolleyes: I am enjoying this light week because I know once I commit to the Feb. rot. work will start up pretty heavy (because that is how it always works out:rolleyes:) I am not complaining though.

We have some errands in town today. It will be nice to get out of the house since I don't think I have went anywhere for quite a few days so I think I am getting a little stir crazy.

Kim-I know how tiring moving can be. I feel bad for the kiddos getting overwhelmed. I am sure all the kinks will get worked out and then once they get settled in you will never have guessed they were bothered.
I would be the same as you. I would have had to been dying to not make it. I did not realize that they shut the case down if someone could not show up. When would they bring in an alternate I wonder? If they had to bring one in would that be a mistrial?

Cendrine-I am so glad you are enjoying your STS rotation. I can tell in your posts that it is suiting you pretty good;)
We are really windy here too. Right now we are under a wind and winter weather advisory. Our weather is baffling! lol

Waving at you Jo.

Kim, you sure have your hands full! I can't wait for you to get settled in and recover from the stress! I also hope there won't be any more delays in court! I'm sorry that the move has been txing the kids. It will be so nice when everything will become the new normal!

Rachel, I'm glad you are taking it easy this week, especially knowing what’s ahead for you next week!

I did my tm walk again this morning plus weights and plates abs, the best one to date!:D

Well here we go again. I woke this morning to snow:rolleyes: I think a little more than the weather people predicted for our area. This means every school in north and east TX and even Houston area is shut down...Oh did I forget to mention we got about 2 or 3in of snow...LOL :rolleyes:The rolling eyes is for Kim! I think since I have been alive this is the most winter weather that we have had in our area.
What I really think is so funny is how a lot of people down here start questioning if global warming is the real deal. Duh...this is global warming. lol

Well another lazy day for me. Just stretch max. I had full intentions of doing some abs but opted out. I know I will make up for all this leisure time next week.

Off to eat my oats. TTYL

The kids must be exited, Rachel, to have the day off!
I just finished disk 9. I totally did not remember the ankle weights and plates bonus legs! Ouch! LOL!
I probably won't be posting this weekend, because I'm attending a homeschool conference. It should be good and inspiring!

I feel like I complain a lot these days but I am exhausted. I go to court all day which is mentally exhausting then come home and move/unpack which is physically exhausting. I've been dragging myself out of bed the last couple of mornings. The last two days have been very intense/highly technical DNA evidence and I can't believe how draining it is to concentrate so hard on it.

Yesterday we headed to the old house as ds was playing hockey close by. We loading up both vehicles with stuff still there and we still haven't got everything! THe house looks so dirty, I'm really not looking forward to cleaning/moving stuff this weekend. My goal for this evening is to unpack my clothes.

Rachael, I believe we have warmer weather than you today! We hit +3C and the roads are slushy! Nice little treat for us! Is it going to be warmer in time for the Superbowl? I'm sure the kids loved the day off!!! I believe if a juror could not continue, it would be a mistrial. At this point an alternative can not step in.

Cendrine Hope you enjoy the conference! I'm sure it's nice to meet with other moms that homeschool.
