Hey to all...This is just a quick note to get us started early!
Maybe just to Cendrine
. I know school is about to start and summer is about to end so everyone is really busy! I do not have kids so I just can not imagine the mad dash it is to get things done before school starts!
Cendrine-I wanted to say thankyou for all of the suggestions and advice. I think it might just be the latter. I think I might have overdone it a bit. With our work schedule and only having one day off and on that day trying to prepare meals and clean house and do laundry...Well I don't think it counts as a day off. This morning when I went into my workout room, I dug out step jump and pump and was just going to get through it...Then I realized this is not how I normally approach my morning workout! So I turned off that dvd player and did some relaxing yoga instead. And now I am starving!
Which I have not been in days. I read in an article once that over training could cause lack of appetite, so maybe with the addititon of work that is what has happened. It is sad that I am about to be 33 and I am just now starting to listen and really learn my body!
