Good morning to all that follow.
Let me tell you, I have been on a whirl wind this week. I think I have not really been sick or felt bad for so many years I can not remember the last time. Aside from a cold that might have lasted a couple of days but nothing that made me question my health and really think something might be wrong with me. I do not want to get my hopes up to soon but as of right now I feel great and the thought of food does not make me want to throw up.! I think I lost 4 # this week. I only had one day this week where I felt good and I did not wake up feeling that way. That is why I did some yoga instead of the schedule workout. (june Rotation) That day I went to work and felt my normal fiery self. But then it was right back to having no appetite and the thought of anything I had to eat here in the house making me want to give up food for good. Needless to say by yesterday my energy stores were all depleted and I did not do the KPC as touted for Saturday ,sorry Cendrine, I feel like I am letting you down as a workout buddy!
I don't want to sound like a baby but by yesterday I was so discouraged by the whole thing that I had a good cry over it
. I really did not want to do that and tried to hide it from DH because I knew if he saw me crying about feeling bad he would get worried but I just could not hold it. Don't you hate that? Sometimes the internet can be your worst enemy when you have too much info at your fingertips and start typing in symptoms and of course the first thing that always comes back is 'cancer'. I think no matter what symptoms you put in it always comes back that way.
I am hoping that whatever it was it is over but I do not want to press my luck. If it is a little bit of over-training I don't want what happened to me on Wed. repeat itself by jumping right back into it tomorrow. I think I will play it by ear and see how tired I feel when I get up tomorrow. If I am feeling refreshed like I feel today I will give it a whirl!
