Well I am all packed back up and am ready to go:rolleyes:
We are looking at another hard week. I do not know how long it will last because the other crew that has been on the job the whole time seems like they are not working very hard anymore now that we have shown up. There is just the two of us and there is 4 or 5 of them so hopefully they can step it up a little this week and help us help them.
Dh did not come back with me. He stayed to keep the hotel so we would not have to lug everything back and forth plus he wanted to go ahead and do some welding on the floors we already put down so we would not be way behind on that.It felt weird leaving him there but I know it would give him a little rest not making the drive so maybe it helped him out a little.:(

Today I did Muscle Max to kind of get a full body workout in since the only weight workout I did this week while we were out of town was legs. I am thinking I got a really good workout in.

I also made a big order today. I got the Gym Style weight workouts, slow and heavy (it was the featured dvds of the week), PUB and PLB, and super sets and push pull. I am so excited and can not wait until this job is done so I can start the September rotation. I do not have the pure strength dvds but I will sub something for that week.

Cendrine- I hope you have a great time with your brother. It is great that your kids can be there the whole time since they are home schooled.
I think my cat has gone a little wild since we have been gone for about 11 days. She was trying to attack everything which she does not really do to much so by the time we are done she might have gone totally wild.:D

Hi Rachel,

I'm glad you got to take some time and do a workout and order more...:D All the titles you got are on my wishlist! I will wait though. I just looked at some 2003 rotations and am going to do them to get used to all my new dvds. I did find imax 1 on the list and was sure it would have been in my bundle, but it wasn't, and I couldn't find it on the website. Does anyone know about this one? I wonder if it is still available or not...

Hi Girls! Happy Sunday! I've had a really busy couple of days so this is the first time I've had to sit down and look at my computer!

Rachel, don't you work too hard! I can imagine how excited you are about your order! There's nothing like shopping (as Cendrine knows too! LOL!) Also, you deserve to have some new workouts waiting for you when you get back!

Cendrine, hope you're having a great time with your brother! Imax 1 is the same as Interval Max and is on your Rhythmic Step DVD!

Okay, so here's what I decided to do: this week I'm just going to do cardio and circuits to get myself fully back into working out (especially since a I missed a couple of days due to my headache). (So much for my starting the September rotation last week! HA!) So yesterday I did LIS, today I did Cardio Fusion, tomorrow I think I'll do The Gauntlet (yes boys and girls probably my favorite circuit of all time!). My Tower will show up on Tuesday and then I'll start Meso 2 next Sunday (I always like to start my rotations on Sundays).

Jo, thank you for anwering my Imax 1 question, it is funny, because I just did Interval Max and I decided as I was looking at the rotations that had Imax 1 in it, that if I couldn't find the title I would just sub Interval Max for it...LOL! it's funny, when you've done Imax2 and 3, you just know the format and even if they don't call it the same, you recognize the work...:)

You know, I never was interested in the Cardio Fusion dvd, because I figured it's all footage I already have on different dvds, but you have mentioned it with such passion a few times, that it is now on my wishlist...:rolleyes: along with pretty much everything else I don't have yet...

I like to start out my rotations on Mondays, am a creature of habit that way just like you...

I will be starting with the pure strength series this week and get to know cardio kicks, Power Max and Step Fit for Cardio. I'm looking forward to it!
 
Oh Cendrine, I just love Cardio Fusion! I think you would love the variety of it...that's what I like. And, besides the fact that it's a compilation...it has 3 (I think 3) shorter premixes! I think it will also be a winner for you if you like the cardio in BM2, LIC, and Drill Max. I love all those workouts so the combos delight me! LOL!

The main workout...Cardio Fusion itself is: BM2 Step warm up and then BM2 step final product (about 6 minutes), LIC Bonus Step, BM2 Power Circuits and then finally the Drills from Drill Max. It's a FANTASTIC workout on days you are really energized!
 
I also meant to add...I can't even remember the last time I pulled out the PS series...probably before Gym Styles came out. That's another series I used to do over and over and over. That was her first weight series and I was so excited when it came out! Having you do these old favorites is making me very notalgic! :D
