Hello everyone,
I will be doing PUB tonight and probably the Step in All Step. I really enjoyed L&G yesterday, and I upped my weight, YAY!!! I thought I would be sore today, but nope!!

On another note, it's snowing here!!

Good afternoon all,

I'm still working on a rotation put together for me by a special lady, "Breckgirl".

So this morning was PUB (down only), Kickbox in its entirety and abs from ME. Whew!!!!

Josie, i love it too. we go whenever the band comes from houston to a great club in our downtown area, but dh(despite his Mexican heritage) has the rhythym of a stick, so my girlfriends and i dance and our men sit and drink and watch very carefully to make sure none of our partners get too friendly! }(

i had to do a short workout today since it was my first day back at work in 3 weeks... yuck..

i chose circuit max! good workout!
 
CTX Power Circuit for me today. Tomorrow is my first rest day in 9 days, can't wait!

I'm very envious of you ladies lifting so much on biceps! I swear on PUB I can't get higher than 10 or 12# on the 8 reps! I can almost match Cathe on everything else, but my biceps are weak! What's up with that?

Happy Anniversay Ruth!

I did Step Blast last night, trying to get as high on the tucks jumps as Cathe. Felt I did pretty good. Tonight is IMAX2 and abs from Bootcamp.

Weighed myself today for the first time since before Thanksgiving.
x( OUCHx( I'm up two. Yesterday I posted I needed to lose 5-6 pounds so I must stand corrected now and say 7-8 pounds.

Better get back to work.

I think everyone has their own particular strong and weak areas. I've always felt stronger in the biceps, but still struggle with the upper back area. Over the past couple of years I've managed to meet Cathe's weight in all of her workouts, and then surpass her in many of them, with the exception of some of her upper back work. I have yet to even get to her weight for that work in MIS and Body Max. In newer workouts she's gotten lighter during those, and I do okay, but it's still my weak area. I really dislike bent over rows for this reason: PUB, CW, and the SH sets are particularly difficult for me, and I can't forsee going any heavier than Cathe any time soon.

Do you have the Slow & Heavy Series? I found that series to be the most effective for helping me make actual strength gains.

Hi again. I have done RS. I am so proud and I did the 3 combo better than never. I am so proud. I remenber when I tried this workout and I was so discouraged because I coud not do the 3 combo.i was a two left feet. Now I can do the pendulum, the cha cha over the step and the drop squat and the tap hell suffle 3 moves better,not perfectly,
but better. I am so thankful and proud.I know someday I will do the whole workout perfectly . I am goona get it. Thank you Cathe you are really the best. Later I will do 1 hour in my stationary bike.Have a great day everybody. I am so haaaapy.

Thank you Ruth. I can not believe I can do all these moves. Cathe has learnt me I can do anything if I desire it from the bottom of my heart. She has given to me more than workouts she has given to me self confidence.Every single workout is a conquest. Everyday is a new challenge. Thank you.

I had to laugh (not making FUN of you at all) when you said tap "hell" shuffle instead of tap HEEL shuffle. I think your definition might be more appropriate! :7 J/K! Sooo happy for you! Keep up the great work!

Hi!

Well I am soo disappointed today. I mentioned earlier I was going to do PUB and C&W step premix. Unfortunately I only got to do the step premix because it's TTOM and while I was able to keep the cramps at bay while doing the step, as soon as I finished that I was in so much pain and so tired I couldn't even do the up premixx( :-( :-( so I will just have to put that in somewhere later in the week, perhaps even Sunday. I am so bummed out:(
