I lost 5 lbs in 2 weeks! I have been stuck at 143 lbs for a full year and I know I put fat on during Christmas and New Year because being an apple my gut kept getting bigger and bigger from all the chocolates!
So right after New year I went back to S&H and added cardio ( spinning/cardio kicks/powermax ) on alternate days, then I tracked down my calories at Fitday ( oh my ... Arby's baked potato with mushroom & swiss has about 600 calories?! Pizza has 400? ) and cleaned up my eating.
I wanted to see how effective S&H would be if I manipulated cardio and diet with it. Thank you so much for a workout that is both appealing and challenging! Please make more split routines.
