Cross Train Express -- a six-day rotation by Cathe. For five of the days of the rotation you do 30 to 40 minutes of cardio -- kickbox, step, intervals, etc. -- and then work one upper body part for 10 to 20 minutes. The sixth day is a very intense leg workout. The DVD also has two premixes -- an upper body mix of all the upper body moves and no cardio and an abs mix of the 4 days of abs with no cardio.
