Good morning!

For todays workout I will be doing 8 mile run follow by abs, then off to soccer games. Have a great weekend everyone!

Workout is done, I only was able to complete 7 1/2 miles, my hamstring starting giving me trouble.

Sorry to hear that. I will be doing CTX upper body split and CTX all abs. Then I am going to a women's professional tackle football game with my daughter.

I'm about to do Step Blast (no challenge) then start STS Meso 2 Week 1 with Disc 13. Right now I'm procrastinating LOL

Cross Train Express -- a six-day rotation by Cathe. For five of the days of the rotation you do 30 to 40 minutes of cardio -- kickbox, step, intervals, etc. -- and then work one upper body part for 10 to 20 minutes. The sixth day is a very intense leg workout. The DVD also has two premixes -- an upper body mix of all the upper body moves and no cardio and an abs mix of the 4 days of abs with no cardio.
