Tonite is Burn Interval which is 2 mins of HIIT cardio followed by 2 mins of lite wts. then Ab Burner.
Lourdes-great job on the run I get bored on the TM anything over 30min.

Lourdes - you're plain crazy!I'm with Roxy - I get bored silly on the treadmill. I used to do all of my running on the dreadmill at the gym until I discovered running outside. Now I only do tempo drills at the gym because I can manage my pace (or it helps manage for me). Though, it might be very different if I had my own and set up in front of a tv that I controlled. All that being said, I'm not terribly fond of running period. LOL.

My the oposite I get bored running outside. My husband has been trying to get me to run outdoors for ever. First I'm crazy scared of all human evil things that out there and 2nd scared to death of dogs. I workout extremely early in the morning between 3-3:30am and going outdoors at that time is a no, no, for me that would set me up for failer. I have 5 boys plus I run a small daycare from home no time to go to the gym or leave and workout outdoors. Have a good day!

Didn't do Burn Interval instead I did Basic Step with 1 set of risers. Had a headache didn't feel like doing anything intense. Then I did Ab Burner.
