I must admit that I was very pleased to see how may 40 and 50 year olds are using Cathe's tapes! I just turned 50 in April, and keep wondering if I am crazy to push myself doing these tapes, but I love them and feel I get the best possible workout.
I must admit that at times I push too hard and feel the results in my joints. It is hard to guage what is too much and what is just pushing to get some gain.

Bobbie, I just turned 50 in July. I have been doing Cathe for years (like 13) and I'm still going strong! And, I have to admit, people are shocked to find out how old I am. Cathe, along with healthful eating (and maybe good genes!) have kept me in the best shape of my life!

Just keep doing it! :) :) :)

I'm 58+ and enjoy Cathe's workouts too. I have to modify at times, mostly with high impact moves, but I do try to push myself as much as possible. Do you have the newest workouts? I feel that they are perfect for me and I modify "up" at times which really makes me feel good! I did all the premixes over the long weekend and I love them, too. I hope Cathe puts out more interemediate workouts that can be taken up a level if desired. Keep on working out!!! :)
