50 and want to get in shape

Hi Cathe,

I'm 50 yrs old and have not worked out for the past year. I have a number of your videos: Pure Strenth series/Maximum Intensity Strenth & Cardio/Fit & Firm/Cardio & Weights/Muscle Endurance. I also own 15 FIRM videos and the TaeBo Boot Camp. I'm looking for a rotation that will get me back in shape.

Not Cathe - just wanted to say "You go, girl!" I am 52 and have been using Cathe vids for 7 years now -what a difference. She always has great suggestions about rotations - as do all who visit this site. I am one that just goes with my flow each week - trying to balance step with floor with weights (alternating days). Seems to work for me. Know this - in our fifties everything is harder, but worth the effort!

not Chathe but I'm 53 and have been doing Cathe workouts for over 2 years now. Before that I did FitPrime/TLTs and the Firm.

I'm recovering from a bad cold so I've been off for 3 days to rest. Which I hate to do!

I've found new challanges energy wize over 50 but I've got to keep on going. Starting over from sratch is not worth the pain.

I'm glad to know there are other 50 something Catheite's out there.
