I was just thinking yesterday that I never use some of the things I bought-for example- the weighted vest I find very cumbersome- I have only used it a few times
The hand weights are good, but the pace weights are better (In my opinion) althought- if you do kick boxing and some ab work you use them also
You definately need the step and extra risers for the bench- but sometimes I use my ball like a bench
You do not need to worry about the tower until your third month.
Just my thoughts, other people may tell you different-- by the way- you can now download some of the workouts to try them Is that exciting or what???
