I did 15 minutes of bum bum from Brazil Butt lift. I really like it.

Well, Sunday is my weigh in-- always before coffee and I have gained back the 2 pounds that I lost last week. :(How is that even humanly possible??? I went back over my food diary which I have been very accurate about, and there was only one day where the calories, after deducting the exercise, was even over 1200. I did have wine last night at a neighborhood function, but I added those calories too!

Magnolia, that is great news about your DIL!!! I believe in prayers, and I will keep them coming!

Cathy, you are certainly getting your workout in with those grandkids!

Joan, do you like the braxiliam butt lift? Is is harder than p57?
 
Not to rant anymore, but I wonder what would happen if I didn't eat another thing until I collapsed.... I'd probably weigh the same!!!

We're having a very rainy morning here. Here's hoping that the rest of the week is much better than this.

Thanks for your prayers, everyone. They're working. DH spoke to DIL's mother Saturday, and was told that the doctor now says the tumor could have shrunk by as much as 6 centimeters. He didn't tell me this until yesterday, but I don't care--as long as the news is good like that.

The bad news is that now my back is acting up again. :mad: It started about an hour ago, so I have already iced it and taken some Advil. Don't know what brought this on, but I am hoping it stops soon!!!! It did not hurt all weekend, and I haven't done anything that I know of that would give me a setback.

Magnolia - Great news about your dil. I think about her all the time wondering how she's doing. Sorry to hear about your back....hope it starts feeling better soon.

Beth - I hear you about the eating (or not eating). Same thing happens to me....very frustrating.

Workouts happen most days of some sort. :) Thank goodness for Jillian Michaels - 30 minutes and it's done!

Magnolia -- ugh about that darn back. Good news on your DIL -- the power of pray!

Beth I wish I knew the answer to the mystery of weight gain/loss!! I've been the same place you are. I feel like "I should just stop eating" and let's see what happens!! Hang in there!

Joan April is right around the corner. I hope you are seeing some light at the end of your tax tunnel!! :D

Back again. I took a nap, a shower, and my back stretches plus a few "supermans" on stability ball (very carefully), and now my back's fine. Weird. So tomorrow, I'm starting with workouts I know well.

I did Body Max 2 - Cardio & weights premix this morning. Again....another challenging workout for me.

Magnolia - I'm keeping my fingers crossed....hope your back continues feel better so you can workout.

I'm going to try and shop for summer pants/capris/shorts this afternoon. I hate to shop so I hope I can find something. I've notice over the last couple of years that the selection in the petite sections in department stores has dwindled so not much to choose from. Very disappointing. Can't shop in boy's department because I'm curvy and if I buy normal sized clothes then there is the extra expense of alterations. Doesn't seem right.

I just finished Lower Body Burn (FitPrime). I am starting out with workouts that are totally familiar to me and working my way up, as I work at strengthening this back. It was wonderful to be moving, even with a workout I used to think was easy. Well, shamefully, I've gotten out of shape, so it wasn't easy, but I did it all, anyway.

Linda, good luck shopping. Enjoy, and I hope you find some great things.

Gonna hit the shower, the ice pack and the Advil.

I worked out with Jillian again this morning. I am really liking her.

Linda -- I live in capris pants. I shop Landsend. They fit my short 5'1" legs. :) Nike also have a Great Petite section.

Good Afternoon,

Luke Paul David arrived at 8:03 this morning. He weighed 8lbs 3 oz and was 21 inches long. Dil is doing fine. She thought this was easier than last time. A month ago dh said this was the day baby would be born because it was the only day he couldn't take off.

I was havinga particularly hard time finding pants this ywar- I cannot wear the low waist and that is all they make anymore- Good luck!

Magnolia, stick with those familiar routines!!! Better to be movingslowly than not at all!!

I did disc 27 today then I pulled my spinning bike out to my pool deck, put on a bathing suit, and did a spinning itread tape. LOL I hope the neighbors didn't see me!!!

I just finished doing Butts & Gutts. That was one tough workout. My glutes are fried!

Joan - congrats on your new grandson!

Beth - I had a good chuckle visualizing you on your spinning bike.

Magnolia - glad you can finally do a workout. FitPrime workouts are great and enjoyable.

Jann - I do buy stuff from Landsend....I had ordered a bunch of shirts the other day. I can't stand all the tight shirts that are in style for the past several years. I'm nervous about ordering pants online. Shopping yesterday was so frustrating. I tried on capris that ranged from size 6P to 10P. I bought a 6P denim capri and 8P short jeans. (I'm 5'1" with short legs). Some style of capris I could only get in a 10P. The sizing is so messed up. There is a pair of capri jeans I might order from landsend.

I might take my yorkie for a long walk (that is if the stiffness doesn't set in) around the neighborhood this afternoon. It's a nice sunny day although breezy.
 
Beth -- High fives to spinning in your swim suit!! :D Yes the workouts are Jillian Michaels from Biggest Loser. She is a bit on the rough side. I really like her workouts. The ones I have been doing are very old school. I have not done any that she yells in. :p I know they are out there.

Linda You can return any Landsend order to any Sears store that has a Landsend department. No cost, no fuss. I have found a Landsend size that fits and everything is pretty true to size. (I wish it was a 6p!!) I don't like tight tops either. :)

No workout today. House cleaning... the odd jobs, windows, top of cabinets, shampooing carpet in my office, etc. etc. etc. :)

Linda, I sympathize about the tight shirts and low-rise pants that are currently "in" now. I like a little room in my clothes and I want my belly covered, thanks.

Today, I did the Firm's Ultimate Fat Burning Workout. I like that one. It's fast, it's easy, and I know it. Besides, my thighs are screaming today after that workout yesterday. I just needed to move and burn some calories.

awww, congrat, joan. how fun, a new baby. well, our 4th grandchild is in the oven. :) whew! don't know how we are gonna handle 4. 3 wear me out, well, actually, 2 wear me out. LOL!
i thought i had checked-in this week, but guess not. let me see if i can remember what i did. today, was outside w/the grankids, tues. was the firm's ultimate fat burning workout. did the kickbox segment 2x for a total of 18 min. mon, hmm lset me look at my workout calendar, well, that didn't help. i didn't put it there either, and i can't remember at the moment.

tomorrow is gonna be jen's body sculpt. hope i am ready for that one. :)

I did MMA: Boxing this morning. Seems like I've been concentrating on my lower body and core this week. It felt good to do some upper body movements.

Looks like its going to be a gorgeous day. My allergies are becoming a problem, but I love Spring anyway.
