50 and Over: !!Traveling Tuesday and rest of week!~~

Good Morning!

I thought I would start the thread for today...and you can use it for the rest of the week if you'd like. Today was Gym Style Legs, timesaver pre-mix.. 33 min, 178 calories. I won't do a menu for today, as I will be in airports etc and not sure what I will be doing for lunch.. I did have the protein drin, my cherrios and 1/2 WW muffin w/ PB. I have my trusty bars with me just in case I am tempted!

I will be back from the 2 trips on Thursday Oct 11. Hope you all have a great rest of week and next week, and hope you continue to post while I am away.:7

Linny, sorry to hear about the family squabble--and it sounds like you may be smack dab in the middle, with husband on one side, children and grandchildren on the other. Any hopes for diplomatic rapprochement??

I was wrong about being stupid (or maybe I'm stupid about being stupid now?). I checked my syllabus instead of my calendar, and tomorrow is Fanny and Alexander, not Apocalypse Now, so I didn't have to work last night and watched Dancing with the Stars. I like the race car driver. The quick step is really tough, and he just flew around the stage with that ramrod carriage. I know the Cheetah girl is very good, but 1)What the H is a Cheetah girl?; and 2) she seems more energetic than elegant out there.

Thanks Josie for the recipe! We're going to be eating a lot of butternut squash over the coming months. My husband is planning on keeping them in this little store room under our additon for the next several months.
