Good Morning!
Today was KPC first 2 combos, S&H Biceps& Abs . Lost 1/2 pound this week. I may not be eating enough calories so I am going to really try the ziz zagging method more diligently.
Rhonda: Good for you to be doing BC! Way too much modifying is needed for me to do this and get a good workout. My knees can;t take it anymore, I love ME! I think I am going to start a rotation using that one next week. Good for you on the weight loss!
Garance: I think people either like to dance, or hate it! My DH is a hater. Do you quilt? That is what I like to sew. Too hot right now to do that thoughx( Have fun at the ballet!
Linny: Hugs to you from all of us here! Sorry about your skin problems! a rash too? Are you going in for allergy testing? You are on vacation? I thought you quit the job. ?
Jen: umm... I don;t think I will order that stretch DVD after your description LOL.! Thanks again for the name of the underwear.. I may order some of the ones from that site.
