Good Morning to all!

I see no one but me posted yesterday. I hope that means you were all having a great holiday !

I did 20 minutes of an I-Tread and SH triceps. I also am down a pound!~ Woo Hoo! finally it is moving. I think if I stay below 1500 cal per day, and keep up the workouts, it will start to come off.

Have a great day!

Deb:)

I had a lazy day yesterday. I did manage to get in 40 min. of treadmill. Really hot here in Southern Calif, so I just stayed in and reviewed a Cathe workout I recorded from Fit TV.

Back to work today and then will try the new workout when I get home.

I am having a "Clutter Panic Attack." My DH is still working on the laundry room (We are redoing it with ELFA). All the stuff that is stored in there is all over. There is dust everywhere. While he is at work, I am doing loads of laundry. My daughter has decided that she wants to paint her room and taking off the wallpaper. Her stuff is all over. I am trying to consolidate the piles. Most of my school stuff is sorted; I am organizing files into milk crates and placing teaching materials into bins. My knitting projects that need sewing are scattered all over my bedroom. My study is full of materials for school, bills, and household papers. My living room is filled with books, clothing, and linens (that I need to take to different donation sites) and the ELFA hardware for the laundry room and my daughter's closest. My other daughter is going through her things in the basement in preparation for moving out in the beginning of August and leaving for medical school. Everybody is at work, and I home alone with the clutter. Clutter that feels beyond my control. This is a work in progress, but I feel totally overwhelmed!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am going to clean up the kitchen and then escape by exercising in the deep part of the basement that I call my own. It is neat and orderly. Think I will do a premix of BG. I feel better already.

Enjoy your day. Thanks for letting me vent.

Rhonda

Good Morning Rhonda,

Don't worry it will all get done! Yesterday I did 6 sand dunes and 5 stairs then I went home and did my full body weight program.

Today I will do Cardio Coach at lunch and then spinning this evening.

Have a great day!

Good Morning Ladies:
Today's my day off since yesterday was holiday.Did some KPC,some Kickmax and tris from PUB.
Deb: Thanks for starting us off today.Congrats on the loss. To answer your question the other day. Friday the 13th is my last day at work, they are having a going away cookout at work for me that day. Its going to be hard saying goodbye to staff and residents.
My doctor referred me to an Allergist. So the earliest I could get in is Aug 1st. Hopefully they can find some medication to help. I asked the ARNP at Mds office to call in prescrip for Zyrtec. Hopefully it will do the trick, since Claritin and Benedryl aren't.
Josie: Where are you getting all this energy?
Rhonda: Good luck with your clutter. I HATE clutter, I have alot of it right now. I wish I could throw everything away.
Susan: My parents and brother live in Huntington. It is so beautiful there. Lucky!
I have job interview at 1pm then a mammogram (ouch)
Have a great day Ladies~Linny~

Hi Linny,

I'm glad that you have one more week to go. I'm more energetic since I signed up for the Orange County Marathon. I alwas need a goal to keep me motivated.

Josie

Hi everyone--

Today I did Gay Gasper's All Out Infused Step, yesterday the double upper body premix on Push/Pull.

Yesterday was something of a washout in terms of a holiday--just a lot of much-needed rain. DH and I went to the mall to see Live Free or Die Hard, which was, yes, totally preposterous, but very entertaining. The film didn't take itself seriously, anyway, so you could just enjoy the pacing and the humor of John McClain, a know-nothing on computers and technology, taking on a computer wizard bent on destroying the USA, and partnered with a twenty-something hacker. and ultimately winning, as we all know he will from the very beginning, but cannot wait to see how he does it. After, we looked at 32 inch plasma TVs to replace our TV, which is beginning to flat line.

Today I am back at my desk, working on a talk I have to give in October.

Sounds like no one was a complete exercise slacker over the holiday.

All the best, Linny, on your last week. It will be interesting to see if your hives dissipate shortly after you are free.

Enjoy the rest of the day!

Thursday

Happy Thursday, All,

fox2star, way to keep losing - you go, Girl! How did the tilapia turn out?

Lemoncustard, I'm so sorry. Clutter makes me freak out also. I bet the workout helped.

Josie, a marathon! I'm in awe.

Linny, Aug. 1 is a long time to wait. I hope the Zyrtec helps.

I'm off today, since I worked the holiday. Yesterday, I did Core Max 3, Tamilee Webb's Quick Toning Thighs of Steel, QT Buns of Steel, then Stretch Max 3.

Today, I'm doing Tamilee's Motown Moves, then Classical Stretch - one of the TV episodes, the one called Injury Prevention. This is my first Classical Stretch, so I'm excited.

Have a wonderful day,
Jen
