Good Morning All!
Actually slept until the alarm rang this morning ( 4:40 am), which I have not done for months! Dogs kept quiet until then I suppose.
Linny: It seems like we are all in the same boat with the weight situation.. at least you have set a goal and are working towards it! Good shopping! ( and one little piece of cake won;t set you back!)
Melrose: Thanks so much for reminding me about that modification for static lunges! I had heard this before but forgot about it.. how high do you put the step to do this? Good for you on taking that challenge with the difficult step workout! I hate step when I am flailing around not following the workout! That is why I have very few Cathe step workouts! too hard for this small brain!
Kathy H: I believe I am in "real" menopause. Have not had a period in about 4 years.. still have the weight issue though.. very few hot flashes and night sweats have disappeared, thank God! Thanks for the details on Squeeze.. everyone is really interested in this one! I have the BFFM E-Book... not sure what you mean that "Ton Venuto already has it tracked" ? I need to go back and review the book for what you mean by Phase 1 and Phase 3.. I would love to cook everything on Sunday for the week.. less temptations when you are tired and hungary after work. What do you make?
Garance: I would love to have a big open place for animals etc. I have been a "city girl" my whole life.. never even lived in a suburb, let alone on a farm! MM is a tough workout, I usually do the pre-mix as well. I didn't see the thread on Kimberly Spreen.. is it weight work or cardio?
Josie: we are going to start calling you our littlke "gazelle"! Wow! 5.5 miles is amazing! Keep us posting on the marathon you find and your training! you are awesome!
Rhonda: I give you credit for sticking with the whole MIS workout! I have this DVD and never use it, because I dread the length..45-50 minutes is my best time, after that I feel like I am pushing into "injury zone".. not where I want to be. You are with us at the 155 mark as well! This must be the signature "menopause weight number"!.. and stop rubbing it in on the countdown to your summer off! we are all jealous! Another Squeeze fanatic coming up!
Have a great day!
