Good Morning!
Today I did 4DS, Chest & Back, the weight first pre-mix and I skipped the cardio. I have no patience when it comes to learning the complicated step combos Cathe does.
Good News! My dog's blood work came back negative for Cushings or Addision! He just had a normal kidney/bladder infection. ( breathes sigh of relief!) It must have been all the "well wishes" from here that helped!
Post workout: protein shake
B- cherrios w/strawberries, skim milk
s: LF Yogurt
L: Ham on WW, grapes, skim milk
S: stringster & apple
D: Chicken Chipoltle stew
S: Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich or WW ice cream bar

I hope you are ready to get back to working out! You may be able to start with really light weights, (3-5 lbs) and maybe do a circuit workout instead of heavy lifting?

That upper body pre-mix sounds good for when I do a upper/lower split. I will have to keep that one in mind! I love Stella d'ors, but what is a rudibeckia? Sounds like you were the "bell of the ball" in your outfit!
I will definitely be ordering the new workout series.. 9 weight lifting workouts used in a sequence sounds like heaven to me.. NO CARDIO!:7 No awful step workouts that I have to skip around! I just hope they are not longer than an hour.. x( .
