Good Morning and Happy Monday!

Today was a 21 minute I-Tread walk and S&H Chest. Could not finish the push ups at the end.. I know what they mean by "hitting the wall"!

No one answered my question about using Sparkpeople or Fitday..anyone?

Another question: I know this may be strange, but what kind of underwear do you wear under pants, so that you have a smooth look? With this heat, I don;t wear any pantyhose and I want to have the same smooth look..I know Maidenform has things called "flexi's" but they are tight and binding!

Garance: the ballet sounds wonderful.. did you ever do a ballet workout? I-Train has something called I-Sculpt Ballet. People who have it seem to really like it. No special equipment (like a barre) is needed. sigh...."too many workouts, so little time"

Deb, which Classical Stretch did you get? I recently got 3, but have only done some of the segments from the TV show DVD. There are 26 segments to choose from, on 3 discs. They are clearly labeled and chaptered. It sounds like one of the ones I haven't tried yet may be the one you have.

Oh yeah, I never miss Dilbert! Anything to make me laugh about my job rather than cry!

As to the underwear question - I put such a high value on comfort that I just hope for the best as far as the smooth issue. I wear all-cotton underwear with leg holes that have no elastic. I used to be able to find them at J.C. Penney, but now have to order them from catalogs - I don't like really tight pants, so it's usually not an issue, but if there's a line showing I don't worry about it. My days of suffering for beauty are over - I haven't worn a girdle in 15 years!

Yesterday, I did Janis Saffell's Quick Toning Cardio Kicks. It's the only Saffell tape I own, but I wouldn't mind having more. After that, I did one of the segments from the Classical Stretch TV show, Stretching for Cardio.

Tonight, I plan to do TLT Endurance for Movement with Tracie Long.

Hi Deb and Jen,

I did not workout at all last week, beween moving to a new office and a conference that I had to attend from Thurday through Saturday, i did not have the energy to even think about working out.

I'm planning on going to a spinning class this evening.

Deb, Regarding the underwear. I like C-9 from target, they have the boy shorts that don't show under your clothes. They are made of a dri fit material, I also wear them under my workout tights. Very comfortable.

Hi all:

Did Pyramid up lower and uppper body this morning. Then continued painting. Then worked on Curriculum. Now I am vacuuming. What a day.
I am looking forward to yoga tomorrow and weigh in.

Am starting a Knitting Check in. Hopefully I will have dime to do some knitting later.

I wear mostly jeans to work so underware is not usually an issue. I exercise in the basement and wear my "baggies" there. I like the Victoria Secret Hi Cut Briefs.

hi everyone, i did finding your core w/susan harris and express cardio today. still nursing my back.

i have a question. i posted somewhere and asked cathe where she was from in germany, but now i can't remember where i posted. i did a search, but still didn't find it. does anyone have any idea how i can find it? i'm kind of computer illiterate.:p
