Good Morning to all and Happy Friday!

I actually slept until the alarm rang this am which is "lat" for me so I had to change my workout plans.. did 23 minutes of KPC, the ab work and stretch.. DH and I are going to a daylilly farm tomorrow to buy some more for our perrennial garden.. they are my favorite flower! We will then go to a place called the Dinosaur Bar which is know for its ribs! This will be my "cheat" meal for the week.

Susan: sometimes we need a lazy day...I think it's our body telling us to take it easy. Which workout did you do from Fit TV? Are you able to tape these? The station here is too high and none of my VCR's will go that highx(

Rhonda: don't let the clutter get you down! It will all look good when you are done. What is this shelving that you mentioned?

Josie: I give up! What do you do with sand dunes??

Linny: It sounds like you have worked with some nice people. I know it will be hard for you to leave, but it's for the best. The allergist sounds like the way to go. Do you think they will do that testing with the injections? I had to have that done with one of my dogs, who has terrible allergies, I give her a shot every other week.

Garance: the movie sounds like just one of those entertaining ones that is not supposed to make you think aferwards etc. We had a lot of rain too, and we needed it badly. DH and I spent a couple of hours at Borders, reading magazines and having coffee!

Jen: the talipia was wonderful! Now I am thinking of other things to put in the foil, like a mango salsa, or some other spices.. I could not find that EW magazine at Borders the other day, and they have so many! You have Tamilee too? How is the thigh one? I really like the Abs of Steel to add on after a workout.

Morning everyone,

Up early for work drinking my coffee and reading the posts.

Deb, I had ribs and potato salad for dinner last night. I kept it to about 3 of the little end ones but I kinda over did it on the tator salad.

I had recorded the something, crunch,and pump LOL can't remember the name now. I use the DVR with the cable box and it works really well. This one messed up though and the sound was cutting out and it was skipping some. I wound up doing one of her whole body weight workouts. I have about 5 or 6 saved on the DVR.

I did pre order the new 4 day split and also ordered Butts and Guts and the Gym style biceps and something. My mind is not working yet this morning.

Hi Deb and Susan,

Today is my rest day and cheat day. I only cheat at dinner, lunch and breakfast are clean meals.

Deb, the sand dunes is a 380 yard mountain of sand that I go up and down it works your calves and quads. I'm up to 6 now and will be doing 7 this Sunday plus the same amount of stairs. I have friends that do 20, that is my goal.

Saturday I will be doing my running boot camp and weights.

Hi Deb, Susan, and Josie--

I did the 59 minute upper body premix on Supersets this morning. Tomorrow is my rest day, although it is also my cleaning day, so I feel like I really do get some exercise with it.

My guess Susan is that you probably recorded Kick, Punch, and Crunch. It's a really great kickboxing workout, and the abs at the end are done to the music from Jurassic Park, which I still love.

Can't wait to exercise with our new 32 inch plasma TV on Sunday. My husband is getting it set up today.

I just received my new More magazine. There's an excellent article by a doctor, I believe, on controlling your weight through and after menopause. Suggestions on how and when to eat.

It sounds like you have a fun day planned for tomorrow, Deb. I love daylilies, too. My Stella D'Oros are so reliably summer-long in their blooms. I also love hollyhocks because I remember my mom had them outside our kitchen growing up and I used to make dolls out of them, inserting a bud as a head into a bloom as a skirt. Guess I'm showing my age because I doubt little girls would find this entertaining nowadays.

Had a bone density test yesterday. I will be interested to see if all my weight work has kept my bones strong.

fox2star, I love Tamilee's Thighs of Steel and Buns of Steel. These are the Quick Toning ones.

Yesterday, I did Tamilee's Fit to the Hits, Motown. I love this because of the great Oldies music. I wish there were more workout tapes with '60s music.

After that I did my first Classical Stretch tape, and I am in love! I did an episode from her TV show, Injury Prevention. I have never felt so good in my back and hips as I did afterwards. I'm drooling thinking about doing the ones that emphasize the upper body. I hate yoga and Pilates, but LOVE this tape. Besides the movements she does, they are filmed outside in beautiful locations, and the music is nice.

I bought 3 of her tapes, and after working out yesterday, I wanted to go immediately to her web site and order the rest. However, ahem, late yesterday afternoon the mail came, and, yep, there was my credit card bill for June. Of course, my husband got to the mailbox before me, so I think I'm gonna have to lay low for a month or so!

HI everybody.

Did BM2 double upper body premix. I am still tingling. It is a killer.

I love daylilies. However because of problems with deer I plant very few flowers. My daylilies never make it higher than 3 or 4 inches. I have not seen a day lily in years.

Still working on the clutter. Got a new paint sample to try in the laundry room. Hopefully this one will be right.

Deb: Regarding ELFA, go to the Container Store's web site.

hi everybody, had a great time with the grandkids. i hate leaving them. my granddaughter just sobs when i leave. it breaks my heart.

is CTX the cross-training series? i have been able to get 3 of them off e-bay. don't think i have an upper-body one, though. i did body max last saturday and it is killer!!!! do ya'll do cathe everyday? she is so hard, i don't know if i could do her everyday. my feet hurt after i do her. the back of my heels are very sore. it is so weird. don't know why the backs are sore.

Your grandbabies are so cute! I know what you mean when you leave them. I feel the same way when my grandson leaves.
