Hi ladies. I plan on doing 30 mins of cardio then Pyramid Upper today.

I'm kind of stressing out over finding a new rotation now that I'm done with STS. It was nice having it all planned out, but it was still a little flexible. I've been looking at all of Cathe's monthly rotations and just can't seem to find one that would be flexible and include the amount of cardio I tend to do. I think I'm getting really really burned out. I'm afraid of losing strength gains if I go back to whatever it was I was doing before, because obviously it wasn't nearly as effective.

I've been searching through both of their rotations. I think I'm going to sort of combine bits and pieces from a couple of Cathe's heavy/strength rotations. I think I am going to stick with the circuits this week and give myself a break from heavy lifting and overly long workout (e.g., cardio and weights in a day).

I'll start my new made up rotation next week and try to allow myself to be more flexible. If I don't like it, don't stress, and move along. LOL>

This morning was Pyramid Lower Body! Then a black bean and egg white taco in a wheat tortilla. lol. It's my favorite as of late!
 
Ok, totally went another direction today. I tried the Gauntlet from the Terminator series. I'd done the other 2 from that series, but never the Gauntlet. It was a good circuit workout.
