I just did week 6, workout 3, of the couch to 5k program. I admit, I was jogging slow, but I did a 25 minute interval, hills and all, and I did my route in just over 40 minutes. I am very happy with that. I got out there early cause I woke up. I was back and done before I normally even get out the door, this is a good thing, it gives me time to play on the internet
Tomorrow should be 4-DS HIS. Fun times!
