I just did week 6, workout 3, of the couch to 5k program. I admit, I was jogging slow, but I did a 25 minute interval, hills and all, and I did my route in just over 40 minutes. I am very happy with that. I got out there early cause I woke up. I was back and done before I normally even get out the door, this is a good thing, it gives me time to play on the internet :p Tomorrow should be 4-DS HIS. Fun times!
 
Good Afternoon,

I was suppose to do a 50min run interval but due to knee issues and PF I don't run went for a 30 min walk around the block and burned 235cal 4441 steps 2.3miles. The temp was 81 with the heat index of 86 79% humidity sweat alot.
 
Good job ladies! I did the Viper (from the Terminator series). Man oh man I forgot how tough that one was. I burned 723 cals in 80 mins. Not too shabby. I felt like Jello when I was done! I repeated the squats portion doing plie squats the 2nd round totally forgetting (as I always do) about the million plie jacks that come in the last interval (from Imax 2 interval 9) UGH!

Anyway, officially done exercising for the day. I am rewarding my hard work by lounging in the pool and not worrying about chores (for now anyway).
