I did a 41 minute jog/walk and later I will do some yoga. It was so funny, my kitty wanted to jog with me.
I was too smart to go near the scale because my ankles were puffy
Eats: 1 slice of whole wheat bread, 1 bowl of organic cereal/milk, some organic cheese puffs for snack, lunch: vegetables and chicken, Dinner: Steak and green beans.
