I did a 41 minute jog/walk and later I will do some yoga. It was so funny, my kitty wanted to jog with me. :D I was too smart to go near the scale because my ankles were puffy :p Eats: 1 slice of whole wheat bread, 1 bowl of organic cereal/milk, some organic cheese puffs for snack, lunch: vegetables and chicken, Dinner: Steak and green beans.

I hope that everyone is well.
 
I am definitely taking today off from exercise. I'll get back to it tomorrow with cardio and abs (hopefully get it done in the morning too.).

Heavy legs from plyo legs on Tues then Imax yesterday (lots of plyo jacks). Of course, I am starting to rethink myself and may go ahead and do cardio today and not mess with it tomorrow. I was thinking I could get up in the morning b/c I can come in just a tad later tomorrow. Now I think I might want to sleep in instead!

We'll see what happens come 4pm though.
