I just received all the new Intensity DVD's and plan on doing the Overall Bodyblast Rotation, but I want to do it in 5 days. I am willing to split the Upper Body Pyramid into 2 and adding them to two of the other days, but I am sure to which of the other workouts?? Can you make a suggestion. I am soo excited and can't wait to start!!!
Also I want to thank you so much for these forums. Since I workout at home I don't get to talk to others who eat and exercise like me.It is so nice to communicate with others with the same goals.
