5-10-20 workout

Hi, I have heard great comments about the 5-10-20 workout. It was in MF hers Jan/Feb issue. It is one issue I didn't get. Can anyone tell me what this workout is or perhaps copy and fax it to me. If you can do this PM me...Thanks!!!
 
I don't have the mag with me right now, but I can tell you about the workout. It's basically a pyramid in which for each exercise you perform them using the 5-10-20 scheme:

For example:

DB Chest Press
1st set - Heavy weight for 5 reps
2nd set - Moderate weight for 10 reps
3rd set - Light weight for 20 reps
