4DS worksheets, anyone?

Well, I'm going to FINALLY be opening up my 4DS on Christmas morning. And I want to hop right in just to play around. Does anybody have MS Word orf MS Excel spreadsheets for the workouts that you'd be willing to share with me? I know I can easily do them myself, but....
