I am wondering which would be better for this rotation. 4day split is too much for me as I like to do weights and cardio separately. I am wondering would I get better results if I split this into two or three days? I liked the premix for the CST workout and leg workout.
I am trying to lose weight and tone up. I would like to do a rotation like:
M-cardio
T-strength
W-cardio
Th-Strength
F-Cardio
Sat-strength
Sun-Rest
Would one day a week be enough for each muscle group. I plan to go as heavy as I can.
I haven't done 4DS yet but the strength routines look enjoyable with some different exercises and I like the premix for CST because she rotates among them instead of burning out one body part then the next. Not sure if Back and Bi is the same way.
Should I add more cardio or just do what I listed and make it more interval/HIIT? I was thinking of spinning and kickboxing and I do have a couple TM workouts that are interval.
