45-minute cardio

Today I did the timesaver step premix of Cardio & Weights, the hi-lo section of Circuit Max -- twice!}( -- and the power drills in Cardio Kicks. I had an intense, invigorating total body workout in a short 45 minutes. Do you have your own homemade premixes? I would love to hear about them.

I sometimes do the premix on Bootcamp cardio only followed by the floor segment of CTX 10 10 10 and then end with the cardio portion of CTX kickbox and stretch, I think that is around 45 minutes as well.
