40's - week of June 12, really? Time flies

well, I'm at work, it's awful, either I need to get rid of this account they have me on or I won't be renewing my contract in 3 mths. I'm really fed up. I just needed to vent.

Tonite is some kind of cardio, it has cooled down enough that I can take the dog for a walk.

Lisa-I have those kind of days at work, the boss lady really needs to be put on medication never know what mood she is going to be in. Thanks for your opinion on STS. I go through phases where I really like wts. and then I would rather just do cardio. I am not a huge fan of pushups so it sounds like I just need to get Meso 2.

Mary-glad to hear you are back to feeling better bladder infections are the worst.
 
Went out to eat with my sis, had 2 glasses of wine and then went and bought 2 pairs of shoes....new Ryka cross trainers and Merrill Hiking shoes.....can't wait for my next workout and hike. What a great way to combat the stress of the day, booze and shoes. :)
 
Another rest day here. Not because I need it, but because I'm too lazy to get my bum moving to workout then to work, so I'm just taking it easy getting ready for work, hoping for a less stressful day.

Mary - glad to hear you're feeling better. So what do you think of the Mat workout? Do you do it much? That's one of the three I've ordered along with 2 cardio.

Roxie - what sort of work do you do?

Lisa - I had a look at the weblink. It's really clever how the photos are linked to the stages of the trail. I've not seen that before. Hope work isn't too horrible.
Booze and shoes sounds like a great solution!

I did CTX Kickbox today. The biceps section was pretty tough - I did wimp out a couple of times!
 
Hi girls! Today did 3 miles on the TM, will try to do the heavy bag later. I have lots of running today and tomorrow need to go with a GF to court as she is getting divorced. We have known them for awhile, just feel so bad for the family. Ronne, no, I don't really reach for that workout. I do remember the arm work was killer! Even with really light weights. I didn't get a workout in last night by the time I fixed supper my favorite tv show was on, so tonite will be KCMs 30 minutes to weight tris bis an shoulders then I want to do TF HiiT 15.

Lisa-I work at a durable medical store I do deliveries, billing,oxygen checks an wait on customers.

Mary-it is storming here today.

Tonite I did KCMs 30mins to Wts. Bis, Tris, and Shoulders and there is core work in this to. My stomach hurts so I didn't do the HiiT 15 workout.

Roxie, TF Hiit 15 has a dread factor for me, funny since it's so short! What was your favorite TV show that kept you from your workout?

Mary, did you get all your running around done? What a friend you are going to court with your GF.

Ronne, work was a bit better (but not by much), hoping the end is in sight. For awhile there I was afraid I'd have to get more booze and shoes (or something else that rhymes with it).
 
Back to report another workout took the dog for a 2 mile walk in the neighborhood.

Lisa-So You Think You Can Dance. There are not alot of shows I watch religiouly but I never miss this one. NCIS is another one where I have seen every episode at least 4 times.
 
Roxie, I like so you think you can dance too....still have all of them on the DVR waiting for me to get time to view them.

Roxie - so would you recommend the 30 mins to weights? That's one I don't have.

Today I did Leaner Legs, so that's CTX done! Pleased I worked my way through it. We're going to a party tomorrow night - can't remember the last time I went to a party for adults!! It's Father's Day on Sunday and I'm taking DH out for afternoon tea to a posh hotel with DD.

Ronne, I almost took another rest day, more so because I got paged twice last night so not much sleep (working at home today because they interrupted my sleep---TWICE!). Anyway, I did do Jari Love R&C. I couldn't tackle anything tougher! Leaner Legs, ugh, why do leg workouts carry a dread factor? Enjoy your party! Kids are wonderful but sometimes it's nice to be with the adults. I'm loving spending time with my GF.

Tonite is a cardio night for me I plan on doing KCMs Plyo Blast.

Ronne-I would highly recommend 30mins To Wts. I like it much more than Muscle Definition and it has standing core work as well as ab work and the premixes are good to.

Lisa-I have a dvr and we record the shows which is the best way to watch them you can cut through the commercials, but it was basically and excuse not to workout. I thought about doing Jari Love this month but just wasn't feeling it, and I agree about leg work.
 
I did TF 60 min today, and that was after getting paged at 4am, ugh, I really could have used the sleep! On a positive note, I've lost 2 lbs! Maybe these long endurance hikes are helping. Wish I could find more people to hike since I can hike more often than my GF or DH. Anyone want to come hike with me? :)
 
Does anyone have Jari Love's Extremely ripped dvds? Advanced workouts has them on sale and I almost bought them but yesterday their payment server wasn't working so I figured that was an omen. I have all her previous ones but the only one I really like is Ripped and Chisled. I don't like SLim and lean, ripped to the core, or ripped 1000. Any advice? I've looked at the trailers but I can't ever really seem to get a feel for a workout from them
 
Hi girls! Sorry MIA yesterday, long day sitting on benches! I need to go get busy! Lisa, congrats on the weight loss! I saw that sale, I don't know about those! I have bought from there before, although one time someone (coinincidently right after I used that site) bought $800 of porn using my card! Hope you get some sleep tonite! Roxie, what are you doing today? Tomorrow, we have brunch with my folks and then we are going to the ball game with my in-laws. Well, I need to go get my workout in! Mary

Lisa - can I come??!!:D The only Jari I've got is S&L. Never really wanted anymore - too repetitive and a bit dull for me.

Roxie - I might just have to add that to my list then. I've got Muscle Definition and I like that.

Mary - WTF!!? What were you doing on the benches, by the way?

Not usually around on a Sat but checking emails so thought I'd drop by. Off to paint my nails for this evening!
 
Ronne, forgot to tell you to have fun at your party! just did B&G, why? I don't know! I was sitting on benches at the court house with my friend, saw lots of interesting people! She isn"t a criminal! She had some hearings for her divorce, I was just there as moral support! Off to the showers! Mary
