Hi everyone, so work was soooo bad yesterday I decided to take the WHOLE day off instead of just a half day. So I slept in, ah, then got up, did MMA Boxing heavy bag bonus, the triceps from STS meso 2, then some abs, then went to my friends for a hike. We hiked 11 miles! I'm plum tuckered out and I have a sneaky feeling that I'll be taking a rest day tomorrow! Back to the real world tomorrow, hope the mess isn't waiting for me (it probably is).

Roxie, 102 is HOT! I dislike biking, I don't think my bum every gets used to it. Seeing these mountain bikers on these trails we've been hiking looks like fun, but I'm afraid I might end up in a ravine. Nor do I think I could go uphill for long, then the bike is like a boat anchor as you walk it up hill.
Murphy, how's work? Do you get it in bits and spurts? that drives me crazy, especially in my line of work, uh, you couldn't plan ahead? a novel idea...
