Hello! Today did tabatacise, legs are tired! Lisa, holy cow! Look at your back!!! Is that good for you? No wonder you have been so miserable! That looks painful! I live by the airport! I'm off that day, maybe we could do lunch? That would be awesome! Roxie, hope you didn't over do yourself today. Ronne, have fun on date night! I want to come to a pub! Murphy, I don't go any heavier than 8lbs either, seems like enough to me! Jody, you are on spring break!!!! Enjoy! Have to get cleaning the house, that way I can relax all weekend! Haha! Mary
 
just did a YT, Expansive Heart Openers, it ws just what I needed for my stretching for my problem. I'm feeling pretty good after the cupping, just a little soreness on the skin (not the muscle). Mary, I'd love to come with DH, not sure I can leave my therapy right now, besides what would I do the other 4 days of the week? Cleveland isn't that exciting (I think I've been there.....is Longaberger around there?)

Lisa, are the marks from some sort of suction device? It sounds a little medieval but if it is working I wouldn't worry about how it looks!

Roxie, you are just as efficient w/ all your moving as you are with you workouts. I am sure once you get a little more settled you will recreate your groove. Don't wait too long, it is hard to get going after a break, or at least it is for me. Ronne seems to jump back no probs.

SC doers, you know I want to try this workout so I can see if I measure up!

I did xtend and LIC cardio only premix, I had fun with that one- it kept me smiling and sweating. I might do a "last chance" workout in the morning before work and xtend and weekly weigh in.
 
Did burn sets chest, back and shoulders. Went up in weight and it felt good. I guess I cannot go lighter anymore now that I know I can do more. Sorry for lack of personals, I can hear my "assistants" coming.

Good Morning,

I have major DOMS in my chest and back. DH and I are going to the storage unit today to find my other workouts so I might do something besides Super Cuts or I might do a Timesaver premix on this one I don't like the situp pushup thing at the end and I have a problem with the total body leg things. The sun is finally shining today love seeing it.

Mary-I didn't overdo it I knew I could handle those workouts and I needed to do something to make me feel better.

Jody-I just need more variety and then I will be back to my oldself.

Lisa-what is the best website to create a resume my microsoft words is outdated so the ones on there site don't work.

Murpjy-I bought a 25lb dumbbell for the one arm rows because my 20's aren't heavy enough and I should go heavier on some of the other moves.
 
My neck is feeling amazingly better! My lower back is hurting worse....mainly because of the w/o I did yesterday along with all the chiro adjustments. I may get my lower back cupped next week. Even if I have to pay for it (not sure if insurance covers). Since AOLI has my bum sore (I'm so out of shape), I'm going to do 2 YT sessions today.

Jody, cupping is an old Chinese practice. Yes it's a suction like thing, they glided them over the skin---accupressure, that article I pasted compares it to reverse massage. I always like LIC. Will have to ease back into Cathe, does Ronne have tips on that? I've had like a month hiatus.

Lisa - yikes, that looks painful and like Jody said it sounds ancient. Weren't cupping and bleeding (using leeches) used together? That's really good news about DS. I hope you and Mary can get together that would be so cool!! Tips for getting back into Cathe, start with the easier ones and do shorter premixes for the older, longer workouts. Do that for about a week or so and see how you feel.
With pigeon, you should never force the front leg into a right angle (not many people can do it). Just try to get the leg as straight as you can without forcing it too much.

Roxie - hey, cool you're buying heavier dumbells!!

Murphy - congrats on heavier weights as well!

Jody - that sounds like a good workout combo. Good luck at the weigh in!

Mary - so I hope you're sitting around relaxing!!

Had a nice time last night, went to a different pub first for a drink, then the second pub for dinner (calamari followed by potato gnocchi with blue cheese sauce and rocket), then went to an ice cream parlour for hot chocolate and a ginger and raisin cookie!! Felt a bit sick after all that!

Did SC today - did the combo thing on my knees only at the end and managed all 8 sets for the first time. Glad I've got a rest day tomorrow.
 
Good morning! Today did BS CB&S. Ronne, what's rocket? Sounds like you had fun! Like a pub tour! Lisa, glad ou are feeling better. Maybe the yoga will help your back? Well, 5 days in Cleveland in the winter might not be that fun! We have a casino, shopping, Micheal Symon's restaurants. Longaberger land is about 2-3 hours away. We also have a Longaberger outlet store about 45 minutes away. Roxie, will you get to see the baby today? Murphy, good job. Today have basketball, date night! Have a good one! Mary

Ronne, your eve w/ hubs did sound fun. Did you find something to talk about other than dd?
I'm gonna see besties Sun eve. I spent the day with my mom and older dd. I'm socialized out- been interacting with people since 7 am this morning. ha ha and here I sit on message boards typing away before I hit the hay. I did Afterburn express premix for my last chance workout early today before weigh in and xtend class. I did lose 1.5 tjos week but overall I should have lost more by now.
