This is going to have to be a quick checkin. Had lunch with my BFF, YUM (so much for watching my eating), had a pineapple/raspberry martini too (sssshhhh don't tell work). My neck is bothering me, maybe strained from hitting STS hard plus from sleeping wonky, so I ran 4 miles instead (wanted to do nothing but would not let myself go there).
Murphy, glad you are feeling better, I understand about CATHE-zone.
Vickie, step is hard on my knees too, I love it, I swear running is easer for me because it's the side to side movements that kill my right knee. Try Glucosamine/Condroitin/MSM and White Willow Bark, all supplements. I quit taking them on my 2 week long cruise and I had no impact during that 2 weeks but by the end of the 2 weeks I felt my right knee aching, about 3 days on supplements helped it out, that makes me a believer)
