Hi everyone, today was GS CT. I really didn't want to work out, I knew it had to be an UB workout. The legs are a bit better but still some DOMS. I can't imagine ever doing that hike pre-Cathe! What is feeling better is just the general tiredness, I was really wasted yesterday. Then to top it off, my BFF and I are now planning to do another 14er in the next couple weeks (I'm waiting for her to pick a date and peak). I think that altitude made me crazy for 14ers! lol
Murphy, how come everyone knew it was your birthday but me? Was it posted and I missed somehow or does everyone have a better memory than me? Anyways, happy birthday you young chick! Mine is in 9 days and I will have 5 yrs on you
